We got a flat tire the day before the 4th of July at 6:30pm. We called Costco and told them what happened, they were so awesome!! They had us come in and replaced the blown tire, even though they were closing soon, so we didn’t have to be stranded there for 2 days. Great service!

Good service but incredibly slow. The last few times I’ve rotated tires, it’s been at least 2.5 hours. They also lost two of my tire hub caps then claimed they came off after I left the parking lot.

IN Wichita from out of town. Love my COSTCO so didn't expect to find another perfect COSTCO. But SHAZAMM! I sure did. Now I will look forward to shopping at COSTCO in Wichita.
