Waited over 2 hours in the store for my 4 new tires to be installed. Not bad; I expected a long wait and was told it would be an hour and a half. However, when I got my car back, I noticed my visor was broken. So that sucks. They didn't say anything about it when I picked it up.

We got a flat tire the day before the 4th of July at 6:30pm. We called Costco and told them what happened, they were so awesome!! They had us come in and replaced the blown tire, even though they were closing soon, so we didn’t have to be stranded there for 2 days. Great service!
