My pickup was quite plastered with bugs and grime. The guys spent quite a bit of time with the pressure washer before entering the wash itself. I was very impressed. $10!!

There are a ton of car washes in Wichita, club is definitely the best. I've had subscriptions with other car washes and decided club was superior to all of them. I never have an issue with my car getting clean, they always have towels and window cleaner, and the pricing is just right.

Was wearing a shirt that has the wounded warrior project for vets on it. The salesman at the window gave me a free elite wash by just noticing it.Definitely the only automatic car wash I like that doesn’t scratch my paint very good wash as well.Service: Auto detailing

Took my vehicle to the car wash over 10 times the last time I took it to them there was scratches on the hood the manager came and filed a claim it took them over a month to get back with me and then she finally called from the claims department she said that looks like you just bought it about a month ago I said yes she said well maybe they had heavy wax on it , and she asked if there was scratches on the roof I said I never looked she says well it doesn't look like something car Wash had done and she is going to deny the claim.Services: Auto detailing

I I went to get my car wash and told the attendant that I wanted the Rookie. He told me he would not get that because it doesn't clean your car very well. He told me to get the VIP. So I went from a rookie which is $7 to buy in the VIP which is $12. On top of that they did not even offer me a towel to help dry my car. This is an offer that to give to customers and it's a wonderful perk. It doesn't make sense that supposedly a car wash would offer a level of wash that does not clean cars. I don't know who the attendant was but he offered poor customer service I certainly hope that their customer service is a lot better than what I got.

Here is my issue. Yes, you can get paint damage. My biggest problem was a roof trim came off. Went right before close, and noticed the following day it was gone. You cannot call the location, you must go in person. The number is corporate. Was told if it did come off they probably threw it away. They didn’t have it and filed some claim. Never heard anything back from it. Clearly if the part had been gone before the car wash, there would have been no dirt but there was dirt where the part had been. Just be wary if you go to do carwashes unless you do it by hand.

We have been members at Zipps car Wash for a very long time, several years. At 7:48 pm the attendant had put up the cones and stopped cars from getting their car washed. This is no way to conduct business. We come to town once a week only to find the car wash closed before time I feel like they want our money not our businessService: Vacuuming

Great washes, especially good at the wheels and undercarriage. Love that they have free towel wipes for interior and the free vaccums.

Went to Club Car Wash for the 1st time today. Bought a card of washes to give it a try over the next few weeks. Blowers don't work as well as the ones at their competition, but their vacuums work way better!! Car was good and clean. So far so good!

Great place to get a car wash they have unlimited plans if you like washing your car multiple times a month. They provide towels so you are able to dry your car off along with having vacuums that really do work well. All around one of my favorite car wash places

Their initial standards were good, but it appears no one’s paying attention to details little things like having the drying towels outside by the vacuums this is the fourth and fifth time they’re not out there and no it was not windy and no they were not busy just no one is paying attention to the details. And I went into the office to get some and I mentioned it to the people that were standing there. All I got was a blank look.

Powerful vacuums. Not sure when or how you would provide the “tips appreciated”. Recommend removing the tips sign and pay employees more if needed instead of passing costs down to patrons
