I WOULD LIKE TO THANK A VERY KIND EMPLOYEE HERE WHO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME LAST WEEK. HIS NAME IS IAN FLETCHER SO HERES WHAT HAPPENED I WAS IN A HURRY CLEANING THE INSIDE OF MY TRUCK WHEN I ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE LOCK BUTTON ON MY INSIDE OF MY DOOR. NOT HEARING IT I SHUT MY DOOR. I WAS STRANDED KEYS LOCKED IN MY TRUCK. THIS IS ABOUT A HOUR BEFORE I HAD TO PICK MY SON UP FROM DAYCARE. I WAS PACING AROUND TIL I WAS APPROACHED BY IAN HE ASKED ME IS EVERYTHING IS OK I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND TOLD HIM I HAVE ANOTHER SET OF KEYS AT HOME. HE SUPRIZED ME AND SAID I 'LL RUN YOU HOME. WHAT A VERY KIND PERSON WHO WENT BEYOND. THANK YOU, IAN FLETCHER, ALSO THIS IS THE BEST WASH IN WICHITA I'VE TRIED OTHER LOCATIONS THESE VACUUMS ARE AWESOME AND THE WASH IS SUPER AMAZING! GOD BLESS TO ALL

Terrible and a bit scammy. Viviana is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in customer service. They “accidentally” put my card on another customer’s account and then refused to remedy the issue and refund my money, because I couldn’t name the person’s account who they “mistakenly” charged my card for…MY bank returned my money after recording the conversation with Viviana and her saying she wouldn’t stop the payments even though I had proved it was not an account I set up. RUN!!!

I really do love my local Club Car Wash on 127th! The workers are always so kind and accommodating, I have several vehicles on the monthly wash plan and it makes life easier

This place is great. Bryan guaranteed me that all the debris on my work truck would be cleaned off and he was absolutely right. He spent at least five minutes scrubbing and spraying it before I went through the wash area. Then he came over and made sure it was clean. Great customer service Bryan and a huge Thank You!!

The Club Car Wash chain does a very good job in providing an automatic car wash, with self-serve vacuuming and detailing. The various locations all have excellent, well maintained equipment, that generally provides a good wash. As with all automatic washes, the rear door/window/bumper of SUVs tends to not get thoroughly cleaned. The greatest variable is the pre-wash treatment by staff. Most of the time it is fairly thorough, but at times it is mediocre at best. This seems to be more dependent on how busy the location is at the time, rather than a training or management issue.

I tried a month membership but was not told any details or given any paperwork when I signed up. We noticed some damage to the wheels on my car after a few washes so I called to cancel. I got a confirmation email of the cancellation but was still charged! When I called for a refund, I was told I didn't call to cancel soon enough. I looked at my bank records to verify that I had called before the 30 day period was up so I requested a refund again. Now I'm told I had to cancel 7 days before the renewal but they'll give me a gift card that I won't use. Nobody explained this to me when I signed up and I wasn't offered any paperwork or receipt. I did not sign up for this!

Won’t be going back. Your high pressure sales methods have gotten to annoying. I had to say NO 3 different times and kept getting sold further products and subscriptions. Manipulative and high pressure sales.

I appreciate this car wash so much I have noticed at different locations are more detailed on the pre-wash than others. It makes me feel like some more train different or either some care more… But I would like the QR code for tipping and the tipping box to be left at the end of the car wash, not at the beginning, I would never tip anybody before Service and I am in the service industry

If there was a -5 option, I would select that, or atleast they earn a 0 with me. I had to change debit cards, so I updated my account. When I went to get my car washed about a week later, they said my card was inactive but my account was active. I told them I updated my account. 3 young men helped me and then they had to speak to their mamanger and neither of them knew what they were doing. Over 30 minutes later, I was told they had to create a different account, so they did that for me. I was charged today 2 times, one for each membership. I was told the original one would be cancelled and I would not be charged, all LIES! I requested a refund for both, I was tolD I had to keep one. I am waiting to get a refund for the other charge and cancel one membership, since I am forced to keep the one until my next charge date. I am very unhappy. My money is limited and getting charged two times with different amounts for 2 different accounts, but both under my name is ridiculous. Customer service wasn't much help, she has to ask her manager and seek permission in order for them to canceel the extra memebership, so if she doesn't feel like it, I have to pay for 2 membership in one month. The customer service agent couldn't answer any of my questions besides I have to keep one membership active until the next month's charge date. This is no way to do business and treat a customer after 18 months of membership. Does loyalty mean anything to anyone anymore?

We’ve had a membership for about 2 years now, I’ve not had a bad wash yet. Their vacuums suck and I mean that in a positive way!

Like others have said that gave low star reviews, my car is still dirty after going through Club on east 21st. Paying 25 for an MVP just for my car to still be dirty is insane. Tommy's 10 dollar wash out does Clubs MVP. I can't lie though, Club has best vacuums in the city. Just do your self a favor and don't pay for anything more than the lowest wash then enjoy the vacuums.
