If you are a 1st time business owner. I do not recommend them. I had to keep calling them and get credits for paying my payroll taxes with a closed account several times.They are lazy. They do not look out for your best interest. They give your business account to unqualified reps and do not watch them closely. I wanted to switch accountants and they charged me 100.00 to give me 1 kdol password and my QB backup. I brought my own flash drive. They failed to give me that password. I had call for it.

Very thorough and professional. I saved at least their fee maybe more because I wasn't aware of all I could take off what I paid in taxes

This was the most seamless and enjoyable tax preparation experience I have ever had. Their customer service is top notch and it cost me half the price it would have elsewhere. I'll be a customer for a long time to come.

Had a family member go there to get their taxes done. The experience was less then satisfactory. After their taxes were paid for, they called weeks later to let them know that they had to have it amended, which cost another $400, which was not disclosed at the time of the initial visit. Save your money and go elsewhere, it cost them a total of $700.

My wife and I used to do our own taxes. Then, we went to Chew and Lee as they came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. Had we filed ourselves, there is so much we would have missed that Ron knew to ask about and Turbo Tax never has! Additionally, Ron immediately answered my inquiries off the top of his head about specific areas that I wanted to adjust and about which I wanted to take a closer look. I used Tina Lee and her team at Chew and Lee when i needed some Quickbooks help. They know their stuff. After messing with it for weeks and still not getting what I needed, they got me sorted out and fixed up and working very quickly. Very happy with the service they provided. I didn't think they'd be able to help me, but they were and I highly recomend them.

Great customer service and very professional. Good prices for income tax returns. They were able to get my income tax return filed in less than a week. I highly recommend.
