First time coming to Charlie's Car Wash so I got the works! It's such a beautiful feeling getting into a fresh clean car. I had the full body wash that they do plus interior cleaning. They clean the windows, the dash, console etc. plus the vacuuming. They even vacuum the trunk. I've never had a car wash add the trunk with its services. I was at the store off kellogg and West Street and let me just say the customer service was outstanding! Usually when you are at a business with all teenagers they tend to be disconnected or rude. This staff all were so polite and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. My point being that I'm sure it's not the most exciting or fun job, but you wouldn't know by the way they portrayed themselves. Whoever is their boss I sure hope you take good care of them because just by their customer service alone, I'll be a repeat customer!

I am from California and the machine wash there is $8. This place is $10. I asked for the interior cleaning and they advised additional $25. I was quoted $38 dollars total to do a full service car wash here in Wichita Kansas. I live in Orange County in California and my local full service car wash is $25. This place has a bad business plan and pricing schedule.

Went in on Saturday afternoon. Did the super wash at the automated lane and it asked if I wanted to tip. I'm sorry this tip culture has gotten out of hand when I'm doing all the work and employees are doing nothing above and beyond to earn a tip, it may be wrong to judge an entire company based on 1 small thing like asking for a tip but I am. Men in the tunnel 2 times not remove all the bugs after going through the tunnel 2 times. Had to remove the rest by hand no extra steps were to ensure that the bug juice was left on the vehicle to help remove the bugs.I used to work for the company back when it was called the Green Lantern and any vehicle that needed to go through again for bugs would of had extra attention to the vehicle to ensure the removal of all the bugs.

I got stuck in the car wash for about ten minutes. I tried calling the office from inside my car, but there was no answer. Three times!. I waited 15 minutes in the bay, and they had barely started on the detailing. I had to leave before they finished. No one mentioned the conveyor stalling and trapping cars in the wash.

The full service option does a great job inside and out. I wish I lived closer and I would definitely do one of their memberships.

I’ve never been to any establishment where they caught their own slight imperfections and sent me through the car wash AT NO CHARGE 3 different times to make sure my vehicle is clean!!! I will drive from Leon to West Wichita every time to get my truck clean from now on! Great customer service! Thank you!

Car wash is okay but the kids doing the towel dry make my car look worse than before the wash. The towels are always dirty and they leave so many spots. Literally they give only 40 seconds to dry the car up

Very dependable car wash right at Kellogg and Maple, behind Starbucks and Dutch Bros, most accessible using Florence Street off of Kellogg Drive or Taft Street. Decent prices and fair service, this wash is a smooth experience every time. I mainly return so often because of their vacuum lot, which is free to use after every wash. The power and accessibility of the machines are fantastic, and they each have an air hose too for detailed cleaning of my mats and sunroof. There is a single Rhino Mat cleaning machine in the vac lot too which is incredibly useful when available. I recommend this car wash over any other for West Wichita.

I went on a long trip in my truck and camped, parked under a tree and had bird mess on the hood and bed cover, along with a extremely large amount of bug guts all over from 3 hours of driving in the dark on back county roads, they spent a couple days baking in the sun too. I went through the wash, pulled around to get the hand dry and the girl said nope not good enough and directed me to go back through the wash again. When I did the pre-spray guys stopped the line and spent extra time cleaning my front and wind shield and another guy checked it over pointed spots out and they didn't start the line up until he nodded in approval. When I finished going through again the hand dry gal got another taller guy to come over and spray and scrub any remnants of bugs off the windshield. Truck was spotless after they were done. This is why I go to Charlie's instead of the other drive through washes... It just gets done better.
