Horrible customer service and don't dare arrive at 430pm. They close at 5pm for the lobby and they make sure you are aware. I took my business up the road. You lost a customer. Might want to check with who you hire for "customer service rep " She's to busy making friends the bring business.

Worse loan experience i have ever had Oscar was horrible from miss information to lack of communication to closing location over 40 min away . Would steer clear find a bank who care about there clients
