I will NEVER shop here again, I’ve been in multiple times…. This last time was the absolute worst! my father in law had walked in with my children, my husband and I had walked in shortly after…. We had came to look for boots for my children, as soon as we got back there, there was an employee “helping” them already, we were trying boots on, everything was going alright…. After a while of looking and trying on boots, the employee was still standing over us, just watching us like a hawk… very uncomfortable, especially when trying to find 4 pairs of boots for small children…. We find the boots for the kids, she said let me take these up to the front, okay fine… no problem….. my toddler didn’t want to take her boots off, so we let her keep them…. We then walked over to the children's clothing…. She was still hovering, we didn’t have the chance to look comfortably….. she was right up our a**…. I had turned my back for a second to talk to my husband… this employee had taken two of my children into the dressing room, to help one for f them try jeans on! I was absolutely mind boggled, I didn’t even know what to say that moment! Absolutely furious….. my husband and I then grabbed our children and walked over to the mens section….. we are over there looking she walks over to us reaches HER hand into MY wagon/stroller and grabs MY toddlers boots! I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life while shopping, I will now choose to shop somewhere else.

I purchased a pair of rather expensive jeans and went to return them as they were just too long no big deal. The tags had fallen off the jeans but I had them along with the receipt. The jeans had not been worn or washed. The manager not so very kindly informed me that tags need to be on the jeans in order to return or exchange. I had never experienced this problem before nor is there anything on the receipt about a return/exchange policy stating this. This is not how you treat customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Plenty of workers but no one to help. Cheyene threw a big ole fit when asked for help. Not a huge selection of clothing based on size of the store. Did have some good prices though.

Bought birthday gifts and was told could return if they didn't work, within 30 days...$190. I went to return and manager refused. Will never ever even think about shopping at this rip off place again! The worst!

Needed quick shirt n belt for upcoming Ft Worth party coming up.Didn't catch her name but the Kaw Lake boater that helped me was awesome. Translated my taste quickly into options and selections. Very knowledgeable, fun, great sense of humor. Easy in n out experience. I'll be back!

Cheyene was very helpful and insightful in helping me decide which boot was best for me. Cavenders selection is impressive! I can tell you because I’m very picky when it comes to buying boots and searched every store that sells boots in this area. Cavenders was by far the best store I shopped in and the staff was welcoming, polite and professional. Thank you Cheyene for your help and I hope you make it through college and find the career path you want!

Went in to get some work boots for a a friends birthday. Lizzy was nice from when we walked in, then Landon helped us find the boots we needed. We needed a composite or steel toe. Lizzy checked us out and was very nice & helpful. Great experience, friendly workers and knowledgeable! Will be back.
