Mllade a purchase returned it to the same woman who sold it to me. I grabbed the wrong receipt so she tried to make me just exchange for other merchandise. I told her no. Then she wanted to give me a gift card instead of a credit back to my card. I said no you sold it to me you know I paid for it and I want a refund.
Finally she called management who tried to say no but finally said yes. I have been a customer there for more then 10 years. I will not go back.

I like shopping here on occasion, but the staff always comes across like that are having a bad day. Makes it very unpleasant experience at times.

Couldn't say anything negative always being greeted as you walk threw the door and super cute clothes and clearance items down to 1.99 and up . Got a whole outfit for 7.00 can't beat that !!!

They were holding a pair of shoes for me after I had been to Derby I came in and their store to as well as Derby store was very clean and straightened and very nicely organized. There were two ladies working and I was able to try on a few shoes and look through some other things to see what they May have that is different than the other store. This is always been my favorite store to shop that in different cities I visit and live in for my work clothes. Nice quality slacks jackets shirts cardigans shoes purses jewelry that I have to spend my whole paycheck on for work attire. Both ladies were helping customers but the one who checked us out was pleasant.
