By far, it's the worst Casey's pizza I've ever had on multiple occasions. They try to rush through orders using paper-thin dough when you order original crust. It's undercooked and soaked in grease. The staff blames the manager for always leaving to smoke and being short-staffed. The manager blames the staff and has even denied actions and went as far as gaslighting. I have wasted too much money at this location for pizza that an entire family wouldn't eat. Nobody at this location will make anything right. They can't even guarantee they will make the pizza correctly because apparently, they don't know how to do that. The prior reviews are correct in that they will be rude and hang up on customers. They hang up when things get hard or when they can't answer a question. They have no customer service skills and will not take the time to make a Casey's pizza as it should be made. I can say all of this because I have ordered from them frequently for years. I've had it with this place and would rather drive across town for good pizza that our family can actually stomach.

I had ordered a large pepperoni and a large beef pizza through the Casey's app for delivery and upon receiving my order it was not correct. I had gotten the one large beef, but the other pizza was just a large plain cheese.
Upon realizing my order was wrong I called up to the store to explain the situation. The worker that answered the phone said that if I came back in she'd remake my order or refund my card. I explained that I had ordered delivery and did not have a way back up there and if they could just re send the pizza out to me she then VERY RUDELY goes "WELL I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE I DON'T KNOW HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO BRING YOU YOUR PIZZA" and yes I am using it all caps because she said it very harshly and rudely to me.
Of course after being treated so rudely I asked to be switched to a manager because I no longer wished to speak to her if that's how she was going to treat me.
I will say the manager I was handed off to was very nice and understanding about the situation. I explained the whole situation to her over again, and she explained since they out source their delivery to door dash there was unfortunately no way to resend the order out, but that since I ordered through the Casey's app she would refund my money for the order and that since it was a Friday night it would be back on my card by Monday, but it is now Wednesday and I still do not have my money back.
I did log into my Casey's app and send a message to Casey's directly, but have not gotten anything back from them or any refund or credit on my account.

Typical Casey's: .99 cent cokes, cars parked every which-a-way, clean bathrooms and sketchy patrons. Oh well, at least they are consistent. ?
Parking: Pay attention where you park...there are cars and pick-ups parked all over the place.

Going through medical issues, looked till I found taco pizza, with refried beans. Theirs said it had them, so got it and a cheese pizza. Not one refried bean on it.... huge lettuce chunks! So disappointed, as a couple other places make cheaper w/o beans too, but got here because supposedly it had them.

If I could give 00 if I could!! I have never had a customer service worker curse me out before and throw such a fit about being made aware my food was messed up. I was also hung up on by two separate employees while trying to get my food corrected by bringing the incorrect food back and getting the correct pizza:

Staff on 3rd is very rude , breakfast is cold biscuits are so hard you can not even cut them. This store is really making the others look bad. Help is just horrible.

How come every Casey's in Wichita you got 3 people standing behind the counter but only 1 register open. line is 7 people deep u got Sally slow-mo behind the counter. 2 people walking around with clipboards trying not to make eye contact acting like they are taking inventory. Meanwhile at QT you got 1 employee working 3-4 registers checking out customers about 4 to 1 compared to y'all ... And it's EVERY CASEYS in ICT

Actually I would give it a 0 but doesn't give the option. Staff was very rude, biscuits and gravy we're very hard, old and cold. My dogs were in the car and I gave it to them when I went out they would not even eat them. This is at 235 and meridian it gives the other stores that is very good a bad name. I generally like the gravy they have but oh boy this is awful to say the least. There is something very wrong with the management of this store do us a favor and check it out before you lose your business.

I ordered 2 specialty pizzas that were supposed to be ready for pick up at 7pm. I got there at 7 sharp, pizzas had not even been made yet! They said 10 minutes, 12 minutes later I had pizzas in hand walking out of the store with no apologies whatsoever. I got home opened up the boxes to find skimpy pizzas with about half the toppings they usually have. No wonder the boxes felt light because they were. We started eating them to find out they weren't even hot. How does that happen when I live less than a 3/4 mile away? We've had skimpy pizzas before at this location, but at least they were hot. Not this time, and we are done buying pizzas from Casey's. It's a shame because their pizzas used to be good and you always got your money's worth.Don't waste your money, terrible pizzas!

Don't eat from this place. Ruin my New Year's gave me severe food poisoning after eating a pepperoni pizza.
