I was so tired but the Enterprise assistant was so sweet and helpful and even walked me to my car. This was at the Wichita KS Airport location.”
“I rent cars often, for travel/work. I have rented from various companies and Enterprise has provided the best experiences. The vehicles are always in good condition and clean. The process is pretty painless and fairly quick. However, my last experience was exceptional. My mom's vehicle was totaled and this location was incredibly flexible, patient and provided the best customer service. I will definitely return to this specific Enterprise the next time I need to rent a vehicle!”

“Blake and Tyler at the Washington location were both extremely helpful and friendly! It was my first time renting a car and the guys over there definitely made it an easy process. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for good customer service and a nice rental.
Thankfully my rental cost was reimbursed due to an accident, but if I needed to pay out of pocket for a rental in the future, I’m not sure if I would choose Enterprise again due to the cost (but I’m also unfamiliar with the average rate for car rentals and deposits).”
“I don’t typically write reviews. However, earlier this week, the airport overbooked their entire fleet of rental cars, and as a result, my rental that I had booked for a work trip was cancelled after landing. They could not accommodate me and many others at the airport since there were two huge sport league events in the area that left them with no vehicles. I was told to check other car rental facilities in the area; however, due to the lack of vehicles at the airport, others who also experienced cancellations left no rental cars in the Wichita area for multiple days. I found this out after visiting a few off-site Enterprises and other rental facilities including this location. I am writing this review because although I was unable to get a rental last minute, Casey was able to provide me with a transportation drop-off to a local U-Haul where I could rent my needed pick-up truck to travel to my destination over two hours away. I am very thankful I decided to enter this facility since he showed kindness to me–an absolute stranger who needed help. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and thank you very much for going above and beyond for a frequent Enterprise customer. That being said, I can confidently say I know others who rent from this facility will be well taken care of and should request him for any vehicle needs. Thank you, Casey (from Enterprise)!”
“The customer service was unmatched!!! I was upgraded to the Mazda SUV crossover I loved the car! I love how they clean and sanitize their cars going the extra mile to leave more sanitizing wipes in the car for you to use. I couldn't figure out how to turn in the radio and the representative was happy to help me! I am definitely renting from this location in the future! I am 100% satisfied!”

“Whether you're environmental conscious, don't feel safe around numerous drivers nowadays, trying a new mode of transportation, or perhaps don't have your own vehicle, there's a daytime (5;45am to 6:15pm) (closes earlier Sat) (doesn't open Sunday in Wichita ) option here, some buses with wifi, clean seating, turret handles, and safety measures in place for the public. Yes, it blows having to wait usually thirty minute intervals for arrivals and departures, but for a traffic-laden city, it serves well enough. There's vending machines near the Greyhound window and bathrooms, ticket vendor, and service window for city transit. The vending does take cards as well as cash. The area is rife with artwork and beautiful historical structures, near the famous Intrust Arena and by Ray Sales ma and pa store if the vending inside the transit center doesn't appeal.”
“Sending a BIG shout out to Alamo! During a recent rental, I inadvertently left a nondescript black bag with a significant amount of cash, a key fob and a piece of personal information under the front seat of the rental. It was two days before I discovered I did not have the bag in my possession. After calling Alamo, “Claire” from Birmingham went out of her way to not only locate the bag, but ship it directly to my home as a courtesy. The van had been rented twice after our rental— and all the Alamo staff did their jobs and I received the bag, the cash, the key fob and the personal info back intact! Special thanks go to Claire who went above and beyond to assist! Her communication and support were the best! Thank you, Alamo!”
“Thanks Ryan, One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Polite, helpful, and caring are all an under statement. We had an oportional issue with a lift chair. Tried to walk me through the operation to reset, but I was unable to complete the process. Brought in and was operational in minutes. RYAN walked me through the manual operation process, and then we were on our way.”
“Car had a lot of exterior damage and smoke smell inside. The Avis employee made sue he notated everything. When I checked the car in no issues because of the notations. Quick to get car and drop off,overall good experience.”
“This past week I rented a car from this Hertz location after having another rental car reservation for another agency fall through. I was tight on time but the Hertz team on N Webb worked to help clean a new incoming car so that I could quickly get on the road. I really appreciate the effort!”
“Found the car by Facebook marketplace, did do a car fax on it. Went down and spoke with the son. He was wonderful. Gave full disclosure on the car first thing. Handed me the keys to take it for a spin. Loved it. Bought it. There was minor issues and even after getting my money, they fixed it fully FOR FREE!!! Love this family business and would always recommend them.”

“I rented a car to make a trip to Chicago, and went to Budget. They gave us a brand new 2019 Ford Edge, with only 500 miles on it. It was a delight to drive and the price made it cheaper than operating my own car for the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent at the airport told me she would love my business but I would save money by going to a neighborhood pick up place oh, and she was right. I saved about $40 compared to the price I was given from the website for the airport pick-up.”

“I've rented from this place 3 times in the last couple years. Everytime a great experience. Representatives at the store are always nice and informative. Only issue is budgets customer service on the phone since it transfers you to a foreigner you can barely understand. Not this locations fault but be aware of that.”
