I was so tired but the Enterprise assistant was so sweet and helpful and even walked me to my car. This was at the Wichita KS Airport location.”

Thankfully my rental cost was reimbursed due to an accident, but if I needed to pay out of pocket for a rental in the future, I’m not sure if I would choose Enterprise again due to the cost (but I’m also unfamiliar with the average rate for car rentals and deposits).”

“I don’t typically write reviews. However, earlier this week, the airport overbooked their entire fleet of rental cars, and as a result, my rental that I had booked for a work trip was cancelled after landing. They could not accommodate me and many others at the airport since there were two huge sport league events in the area that left them with no vehicles. I was told to check other car rental facilities in the area; however, due to the lack of vehicles at the airport, others who also experienced cancellations left no rental cars in the Wichita area for multiple days. I found this out after visiting a few off-site Enterprises and other rental facilities including this location. I am writing this review because although I was unable to get a rental last minute, Casey was able to provide me with a transportation drop-off to a local U-Haul where I could rent my needed pick-up truck to travel to my destination over two hours away. I am very thankful I decided to enter this facility since he showed kindness to me–an absolute stranger who needed help. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and thank you very much for going above and beyond for a frequent Enterprise customer. That being said, I can confidently say I know others who rent from this facility will be well taken care of and should request him for any vehicle needs. Thank you, Casey (from Enterprise)!”

“The transit station is pretty much where everybody hangs out to get anywhere in town. I just wish it was a better schedule that it runs. Sometimes I sit there and because I've just missed the last one it takes almost an hour to get another one but it does need improving.”

“The customer service was unmatched!!! I was upgraded to the Mazda SUV crossover I loved the car! I love how they clean and sanitize their cars going the extra mile to leave more sanitizing wipes in the car for you to use. I couldn't figure out how to turn in the radio and the representative was happy to help me! I am definitely renting from this location in the future! I am 100% satisfied!”

“I rented a car to make a trip to Chicago, and went to Budget. They gave us a brand new 2019 Ford Edge, with only 500 miles on it. It was a delight to drive and the price made it cheaper than operating my own car for the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent at the airport told me she would love my business but I would save money by going to a neighborhood pick up place oh, and she was right. I saved about $40 compared to the price I was given from the website for the airport pick-up.”
“I have rented from another company as well as Budget, but prefer budget for many reasons. One is that Budget vehicles always have a full tank of gas, not some random amount i need to try and match when i return the car. Second, the location of this budget is perfect for me. They always have the vehicle ready for me and are great about getting me on the road quickly. The people are very friendly too. My last trip i had my rental from a different company canceled a few hours before i needed it. i was able to get a rental from budget and it was even cheaper too. i always look at budget first, they are great. And the prices when i book with Costco travel are the best around.”

“This was by far the best car rental experience we have had. The young gentleman that helped set us up was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name, we came 6/6 at noon. We had selected a 7 seat SUV and he let us look at and choose from several options available and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. The vehicle was clean and worked great for our road trip with zero issues. The car l vehicle looked, smelled, and drove like it was brand new. It was very well maintained. The Avis price almost seemed too good to be true compared to the other rental agencies around us since it was close to less than half the cost of anything else we found but there were no catches. We received great service with an overall awesome experience and will be back in the future.”

“Every time I rent a car, I rent from enterprise. I always use the w. Kellogg location. 7/10 times they are fast and efficient. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. They will usually communicate prior to your pick up time if you can expect anything crazy, like a long wait, or if they don’t have your exact requested vehicle. They aren’t fake chipper when you walk in but they are polite and personable every time.”
