My daughter (6) has been saving up her money for a long time so she could build a bear. She ended up choosing a stuffed cat and had the best time picking all the accessories. There was a huge selection to choose from and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They made it an experience she will remember forever! She is already looking forward to her next visit!

decent choices. fiance and i enjoyed the experience. the woman operating the fluff stuffing machine could definitely learn to use deodorant though. the odor was really offputing, but the cashier was super friendly and fun to chat with.

I was in town East mall with my friends awhile ago. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend by getting him a shark. This lady claimed she was a manager and wouldn’t stop following us around the store. We were looking at outfits at first to see if there was anything that I would like, or my friends would like for their Bears/animals. Then we decided to get something. The voice part of it was next and I was making a message for my Boyfriend Pretty much just said “I love you” Basic stuff and I threw in one of our inside jokes, so that anytime if I’m gone he could have a laugh. This “Manager” Came up to me and told me that I “couldn’t say that” Because it was “against policy” and she was eavesdropping from THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE, But the joke wasn’t derogatory And it had no curse words in it, but she still took it out of my hands and forced me to change it. To make matters worse, she then sat and listen to each and every one of my friend’s Recordings. She then followed us around the store for the rest of the time, as we picked out outfits, and watched what names we created. as soon as we left, We made it known that we Almost didn’t want to come back if that’s how we will get treated and get profiled. Almost everyone in my friend group (besides me) is colored. I’m white but I wear goth clothing and don’t dress “normal” so whatever her motive was it wasn’t a good one. There were other adults in the store why couldn’t she have followed them? All of them were either children with parents or teenage girls who looked “normal” or “standard”

I couldn't have been more happy with my experience with them. I went in for my daughters 8th birthday I didn't have much money but wanted to give my kid a good experience. The lady saryn who worked there went way over and beyond by the end of it I was crying she made all 3 of my kids feel so special and made me feel like I was killing at a mother and I really needed that and the other lady who worked there too her name was Emily she was really amazing too. I can't thank you enought for everything you have done.

Great place to go to get your kids their first real friend 2 Snuggle with, and they get to the name it and Dress them up. Great people too, help you out if you need it... LOVE THEM
