Had problems with my grandparents equipment. A technician by the name of Alex showed up and got to work fast and efficient. My grandparents felt comfortable with him there since he showed kindness from the time he showed up all the way up until he left.

Nothing like renting out junk. By all means deliver a giant pile of plastic and metal junk and call it a bed. I can slap a Broadway Home... sticker on a dumpster but that don't make it a bed. Pathetic!

My client had problems with his bed remote. The technician came out and he knew exactly what was going on before even looking at it by our description. He was very quick in replacing it and had everything on hand. Our technician Alex went above and beyond to make the bed not squeak when it was raised. He also looked at our hoyer lift and explained the battery levels and emergency stop button.

I just had an oxygen concentrator delivered on Friday and was having some problems with it. I talked to Brianna the respiratory therapist on Monday morning. Help arrived by afternoon and my unit was replaced by Alex. Both Brianna and Alex were highly knowledgeble and and easy to work with.

Came back for the second time. AGAIN no one greeted me with a smile. There was a very short lady, black hair, and wears black glasses. She waited on me first and her actions were like "What the hell do you want?" I ignored her attitude and answered her questions and told her that I brought my scooter by so Jamie can fix my lever and put some screws in it. While waiting, James was the ONLY person (besides another older man that worked there. I guess.), who chatted with me and I let him know that none of the women there were at all friendly. I told him about my first visit there and that I felt like the girls acted like "what the hell are you doing here?" Or "what the hell do you want?". He apologized for my experience. So I can honestly say that James and Jamie were the friendliest guys there. The girls working there really needs to be replaced.

Used to be very efficient , but not anymore ,they are quick to call so they get order for refills for my c-pap supplies , but a week will go by and it won’t be ready , they blame it on my doctor not refilling my script , but that’s not true , my doctor sets it up for a year , plus I have to call the nurse to verify and reissue them another script ,so to get the ball moving and then they’ll say , after a couple more days there waiting on my doctor again ,,,what joke ,,, can’t find good help anymore
