Mason was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I were in a very confusing situation to us and Mason answered all of our questions, caught an error that tax software had made and was able to set us on the right path all in one fell swoop. Boxelder had been a life saver for our business, after going through multiple accountants and tax firms that just weren’t up to par Boxelder was able to tackle our needs to include helping us out with our insurance as well and got us a huge savings on all of our insurance needs from our past broker. I called after having my money taken from a different tax relief company for an assessment, who then tried to ask for a huge retainer. Tom was very down to earth, let me speak without rushing me, and told me the truth. It was like speaking to a friend. His advice for me meant he wouldn't get money from me, but he has a conscience, unlike many other companies. He even took the time to email me a form and instructions that could help me, despite no payment from me. If you need help, Tom's an honest source of it.
