Went into Boot Barn today to get my husband his first pair of cowboy boots and had excellent service from Victor. He taught us about boot care and even gave my old boots I wore in some love and had them looking like they haven't in a long time. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience.

I had ordered online and needed to exchange for another size.
The store manager Renda was on point. She was quick to look up my receipt and easy to deal with. Within minutes, new jeans were ordered and the exchange was completed.
Renda, you rock! Keep up the great work.

Finally had a great experience at this Boot Barn formally Sheplars Western Store! I called for information about experienced floor sales and if BB had the sales staff to take care of their customers. Seth answered the phone and made it clear to me that their service to customers were second to none! I arrived and walked in and asked for Seth, we greeted and proceeded to the men's boot department. Seth asked a few questions as to what I was looking for and we went through about 4 pairs of boots of different styles and sizes. He checked my food size, gave the recommended boog size and after about 30 minutes or so, he found the pair that fit perfectly!! I was so elated and gratified with Seth's patience and perseverance. He is a valued team player at BB and I hope BB gives him this recognition! Seth showed me professional courtesy and individual attention to insure I was a happy customer. Great job Seth!
