Very big store, they had a lot to choose from. Everything was very clean and organized. The gentlemen helped my husband get some good boots and all the things to go with them. The girl who checked us out was great, she just had her graduation. We were on our way to our nieces so good conversation. Great shopping experience.

Not a good experience. Told an employee what I was looking for, he said good luck and walked away, it's not like I was looking for unusual boots. I went across the road to Vanderbilt and spent my money there. Want service, go Vanderbilt

It’s a work/western wear place….
Selection is alright, depends on what your taste/brand preferences are as in any store.
For boots, they do carry a few brands I wear including Justin, Double H, and Thorogood.
My size at 12-12EE is limited but may be a popular size.
Clothes brands, I found a new brand they carry called Hawk which makes pretty good work wear specially for the price.
Inflation and greed has made everything go up but I cannot justify spending 100$ on a pair of pants specially when their 1:not made here, 2: get used constantly and washed, and 3: not very thick material…
Its one of the few places around here o have found that I can at least go and try on boots and even if they don’t have my size in stock, I can pretty much judge on what size I would need for it and go online.
The boots I choose should last for years before having to replace but I also like boots and may or may not get some when I don’t need to replace any…

You can always tell when someone loves helping people. Belle went above and beyond our expectations. It is a difficult endeavor shopping for boots that fit my husband. He is a size 14-15 EE. A side note is that he has a Sensory Processing Disorder which adds another layer of frustration for him-straight out the gate.
Belle listened to what he was saying. Even though he had challenges describing what he liked/disliked about the boots he tried on, she understood what he was describing. She made suggestions based purely on what was the root of his comfort issues and not necessarily what he was verbally describing. She didn't hover or get into his personal space but she made sure that he knew where she was in case he had any questions.
He felt seen, he felt heard and he was able to relax for the first time (ever) while shopping for boots.
I wish there was an entire world full of Belle's that could be empathetic to people with Autism and SPD.
Thank you Boot Barn and thank you Belle.

I called Boot Barn this past Friday evening (1/19/2024) A wonderful woman answered and went above and beyond to deliver incredible customer service. She went many times to the back to look for my husband's unique size. I told her we would be up there in the morning and we would ask for her. When we got to the store, we got to meet her, Belle. She answered our dozens of questions effortlessly and made the experience one that was amazing. My husband has Autism and has a sensory processing disorder. He explained that he needed boots that didn't squeeze his foot and that have safety toes. She helped him choose several pairs to try on and went over the pros and cons of each boot. He chose the boots that he was most comfortable in and we placed them on layaway. To some this may seem like a person just doing their job but for my husband and I, it went far above our expectations. What an incredible woman you are Belle, thank you! Boot Barn has customers for life now.
