I recently visited Boot Barn for some shopping and unfortunately had a very negative experience. From the moment I entered, I felt like I was being watched the entire time. One of the workers followed me and my family around the store without ever offering any assistance. It was uncomfortable, and honestly, it made me feel like we were being suspected of something rather than welcomed as customers.
What made it worse was that not once did the worker acknowledge us—no greeting, no offer to help us find anything, nothing. Customer service should make people feel welcome and valued, but instead, it felt like we were being judged and treated with suspicion. I won’t be returning after this experience.

Nice, big boot store with tons of options. Was able to find a nice part of Cowboy work boots. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

First experience with Boot Barn, floor help was cordial, but their listening skills need honing!! I asked for a particular Brand of boot, it's sitting there on the shelf, and was told they didn't have any in stock! After figuring out my situation was near hopeless the floor help left me alone in the store. They didn't even have the time to say Thank You for coming in.......NEXT STORE....maybe better luck!

Was greeted upon arrival. Facility was clean and organized. There was a huge in-stock selection. Diego knew where everything was, including boots made in the USA. I always forget to ask for the first responder discount, but Diego remembered! Thank you for taking care of me!

I loved visiting this store. The smell itself it enough to bring you in.They had a selection of boots and the clothing section for men's and women's was plentiful.

These people get ur number from marketing ads and start spam calling you. Say nothing and hang up 30 times thos week.. I AM GONNA FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT FOR HARRASMENT OF THE DISABLED AND ELDERLY.. DO NOT GIVE LOSERS LIKE THIS YOUR INFI.. I DIDNT . NEVER SHOPPED HERE A DAY IN MY LIFE AND NEVER WILL NOW.

Had a interview here was told to have a job 100% called back cause it’s been awhile and the head manager was very rude and telling me that is not true, my advise get a hiring manager you trust.

We were just in this store and we were followed around and watched. We moved aisles just to see if we were being followed and in our short time on the new aisle 3 employees came on our aisle. I’m going to assume this wasn’t a profiling situation. Very unhappy with this store but I still purchased the item we came in for! If this item wasn’t for my daughter I would have walked out but we will never return! Very unhappy!
