this store is never open when it says it's open. the employees come in whenever they want. give a customer special discount right in front of me for the same reason I was in there for but told me I would have to pay full price for the same phone. we both were established customers. I have 4 lines. she had one. don't answer the phone even though the store itself verified their business hours 4 days ago on google. And there's an hour and a half left till the store closes but they just keep hanging up instead of picking up the phone and saying hello can I help you. Employees are either rude don't pay attention to you and you just stand there forever while they're sitting there doing nothing literally. Boost Mobile is trash especially at the West Street location

I needed a new phone and I could not get proper service at my old service provider, Metro by t-mobile (even) with my paid insurance plan?! So, I walked around the corner to Boost mobile, they were quick to address the situation, I walked away with the exact phone, all set up and so far, worry free and the service is good.

Came to get help with a phone service. Ladies were rude. Needed help with someone that spoke spanish they acted like they didn't speak spanish. Later on helped a customer in spanish.

Bad Store to go to. Everything happened on June 20, The trainer doesn't know what she is doing. She had to call another trainee to help her with the process so I end up leaving the store because I got a little irritated. Not because of the process but her attitude towards me. But everything changed when I went to the Boost Mobile Store on Pawnee yesterday but the gentleman that was there Xavier was extremely helpful, his store was busy but he acknowledged my presence, and when it got to my turn the customer level that he provided was incredible, I will definitely go back to him because he knew what he was talking about and he made the process so easy, he got me into buying the LG Stylo 6 with a new service, also helped me set up my Gmail account so all my information on my old iPhone transferred,
