They do have good customer service but they never open on time when they are supposed to be open. waited over 30 min past the time they were supposed to be open one day till they finally decided to show up.

Not sure the point of having a retail store that has no ability to make corrections or changes to a customer account they set up...especially when customer service is equally difficult to reach. Ever since the changes this year to boost one and boost infinite this company has become extremely difficult to work with or maybe it was that i got accustomed to being free to manage my account and handle all the changes that I now have to call a customer service line for. Either way I'm shopping around

If you need to do an ESim transfer just call customer service. At first she said they couldn’t do that and then after sometime she could but for $25 and some tax. Called Boost and it was done in a matter of seconds & for not even a penny!

This particular store is extremely unhelpful!!! I have had boost for years and the staff and employees are terrible. I called boost and they have filed a formal complaint with the corporate office as they sent me to this store to get help with my son's phone and they would not help as they claim they are Fix Ot employees and could not help me. If you have a problem don't waste your time going here. Worst customer service ever!!!

I have had service with Boost both with BYOD and a device purchased from them. It is a busy store every time I have been there, but every time, the employees have been knowledgeable, patient and have been able to take care of why I came in. I would definitely recommend.

Simon is the absolute best ever! Give that man a raise / bonus and the recognition he deserves! Long story short, I bought an iPhone at Walmart through boost, and later got a bring your own phone kit online, the last 3 months there’s been no service and I’ve spent too many hours on the phone being hung up on and nothing being resolved even after speaking to customer service manager over the phone. I finally decided to come into the store since I was in town to try and get this resolved. There were a couple other customers in the store already, he swiftly helped everyone all while managing the store and got everyone out in a timely manner while also being polite and professional even with the distraction outside the store in the shopping center area. Honestly, I should’ve just came here months ago, because what he did in like no time, no one with tech support / customer service could successfully help with. You guys have a great employee on your hands and he is an asset to this business. I truly was about to just completely give up, and he restored all hope and got everything working for me!Simon, if you see this, thank you so much for all the help you provided me with! Also, thank you for the great company while we waited for my phone to slowly update ? it was nice to speak with such a kind person! So glad you didn’t get too offended when I said I was old and we both just so happened to be the same age ???

Joel at boost Mobil on 4100 E. Harry, is an Excellent customer service representative, he goes above and beyond to make sure the customer really understand how to work the phones I'm phone illiterate when I went in to that boost store but now I'm not lol, Joel is very professional as well, thank you Joel.
