“Our Board hired HOA Management several years ago. It is the best move we could have made. Our neighborhood is desirable and affordable and homes move quickly once they come on the market. The main reason for this is that our covenants are regularly and fairly enforced thus preserving our property values. I notice the positive reviews here are mostly from current board members who have an understanding of the role HOA Management plays in carrying out the direction from the board. Do we have some occasional issues? Yes. Those are mostly about the failure of various vendors to live up to expectations. Those are not the fault of the management company and are addressed. I served on the board when we had full responsibility for billing, collecting and enforcing. That was a heavy load that should not fall to any residents of the neighborhood.
