Good luck! I have been trying to get my car looked at and serviced for over a week. I finally got a human being on the phone only to be told the next available appointment is 2 weeks from now. Your automated service is terrible - I can’t believe the OEM lets you use it. Onyx in Omaha would be able to get me in tomorrow if they weren’t 5 hours away. As it is - I’m going to have to take my car to Omaha from now on to be serviced since Walter simply doesn’t have the time. I was ready to trade my vehicle in and get something new - guess I’ll be doing that in Omaha too.

Fabulous people to deal with, from start to finish. My home is nearly 2,000 miles from Wichita, but I'd still go back to buy another car from them. The purchase experience was easy, fair, and quick, and when I needed help three years later with a weird BMW error message, these guys gave me a solution over the phone after my local dealer and the national "help" line failed miserably. Highly recommended.

Walser BMW of Witchita is awful and I completely regret doing business with them! Potential buyers beware, think twice before you decide to do business with them because after you’ve signed the dotted line and they have your money, they will immediately pressure you to leave a perfect review on their survey. If you have any issues after that, good luck getting any help! I completely regret buying from them and if I could go back in time I wouldn’t have. I leased a new car from them on 6/18/2024 and as of today, 8/14/2024, at the time of writing this, now 2 months later, I’m still unable to get the plates for my car due to the incompetence of this dealership. They waited until a week before my temp tag expired to mail the title/registration paperwork to the DMV and to make matters worse, the paperwork they sent was incomplete. So, I still cannot get my plates with my temp tag now expiring in just a few days and I’ve incurred late fees and have to waste my time making multiple trips to the DMV, which is a big inconvenience and beyond unacceptable!

BMW of Wichita is top notch! Jesus, my sales associate was great throughout the sales process. Would highly recommend him and this dealership for any vehicle purchase, not just a BMW.

Don’t do business with them. Very underhanded, they will try to gaslight you into a bad deal. Tried to work out a deal for a 2021 Vehicle. I was willing to put down a generous deposit, and finance with their bank. However I was told by the salesman that they don’t negotiate prices on used vehicles. I opted to browse the website for something new, and was met with “We don’t negotiate on any of our vehicles.” Come on now…It’s a shame these salesmen don’t even have the decency to respect your intelligence as a consumer…No negotiating on a 3 year old car soon to be 4 year old car…And to top it off you double back and also lump in new cars with it; after verbally telling me only used cars weren’t negotiable. Terrible business ethics are at play at this location AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

These guys make it nearly impossible to buy a car if you don’t live in Kansas and I just bought a car from them back in 2022. I’m not sure what happened but these guys are losing money and scared to sell.

Exceptional service from the beginning of process through the end. I purchased from Colorado as this dealership had exactly what I wanted and for a better rate than I can get in Colorado. Brian was excellent to work with from day one. He communicated with me every step of the way. He kept me updated daily about my delivery and would text me first thing in the morning with updates which I loved!!! Overall, process was seamless and my car is beautiful. Exceeded Service Expectations at BMW Wichita!
As a 10-year BMW owner who recently relocated to Wichita, I wasn't necessarily nervous about finding a service center. However, I did have certain expectations based on past experiences. Let me tell you, BMW Wichita completely blew those expectations out of the water!
From the very start, the customer service was first-rate. My service advisor, Austin Landers, was friendly, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Communication was excellent - I received multiple texts throughout the day keeping me updated on the service findings. But what truly set them apart was the multipoint inspection video. Being able to see exactly what the technicians (shoutout to Caden!) were talking about, like the misalignment and unequal tire wear patterns, made everything crystal clear.
Honestly, in 10 years of BMW ownership, I've never experienced such thorough and transparent communication. Austin and the entire team at BMW Service Wichita were a pleasure to work with. They completely exceeded my expectations and I'm happy to have found my new go-to service center!

I purchased BMW 850 I x-ray from BMW of Wichita. However, after delivery of the car, I noticed my car did not have power moonroof that was advertised and their sales brochure. After I reached out to Jonathan and the manager, I was basically told I am out of luck. Since my car did have an upgraded carbon fiber roof moonroof is not possible which I was not told prior to buying the car. If I was informed of this information, I would’ve bought a different car from them when I asked for Resolution none was offered. I have reached out to BBB and FTC for hopefully some sort of resolution.

Sensational experience getting my vehicle from BMW of Wichita. Their digital tools are incredible as I purchased from Scottsdale AZ without ever setting foot on their dealership. I received countless pictures, videos, carfax, and vehicle history reports which made the purchase experience fun, easy, and something I could feel really confident about. Within about ten days I had completed the shopping and purchase experience plus received my new car the same day my trade in was picked up. Brian was a great communicator and served me with constant text and email updates along the way. Lastly, my new car is totally MINT and just in perfect condition while I was very happy with the easy trade in experience, all from 1500 miles away. Very happy camper here and happy to speak to anyone going thru and out to state purchase for the first time, they make it seamless.
