Brett, was an awesome guy. The prime rib was very hard to chew, mostly gristle. Not worth 35.00 dollars.

I got the bbq steak with wild rice and broccoli. My girl friend liked her food but my steak was seared at way to high of a heat which made the texture rubbery. The broccoli tasted microwaved…. The only thing decent was the water and the wild rice…. I expected better from a place that charges 20-30 dollars per meal.

If you order from Slo Roast on any of the food delivery platforms, you're getting food from a "ghost kitchen" at this restaurant. The food was not well made or well presented. The salad was good but it had a massive core sitting in the middle. Why leave that? Take it out. That took up half the weight of the salad. It was decent other than that. Another annoying thing was the Sriracha on everything. Not everyone can have spice. It is everywhere now and it's frustrating for someone who medically can't eat spice. I got the roasted Brussel sprouts. They had Sriracha Aioli sauce on them. Wasn't too spicy but they were beyond burnt and smashed into a cup. Not presentable at all. They were bitter because they were so burnt. I tried the Mac and Cheese couscous. I love both of those things separate. Bet they are amazing together. I did ask to keep out the Sriracha aioli. They put it on the side. Which was very kind of them. The problem was they were really bland. Maybe the aioli helps with that but I make my couscous in chicken/beef broth. These tasted like they were made in water. The dipping sauce helped but I think they could be improved by using beef broth and calling them cheeseburger balls instead. Would be really good and don't need tons of dip and aioli to provide flavor. That's more of a personal preference though. So I ignored that. For a nearly $8 side though.. On to the main dish. I got a ribeye with the salad and white cheddar mashed potatoes. Let me say those white cheddar mashed potatoes were amazing. Smooth, flavorful, and just perfect side. So this place is delivery only. I chose a rare ribeye. It was rare. Rare should be cool in the center. The entire ribeye was very cold. Like the fat had become that gross gritty weird texture and plain white like it does when it's cold. It wasn't translucent at all. I can understand to expect it to be not optimal when delivering. However when all you do is deliver your food, I should be able to get my steak close to restaurant quality. There should be more of an attempt to reach that. I don't know if there was here but it was not close at all. My rare steak had to be heated and was no longer rare. For those prices and a business that is solely delivery. Unacceptable. I would post this on slo Roast but you can't find anywhere to post this. It doesn't come up since its a ghost kitchen. My containers say BJs though. If you're going to allow a ghost kitchen to run out of your restaurant and use your containers, expect complaints to be directed your way. At the end of the day it was a BJs kitchen that produced this food. It was subpar and poor quality. The steak was very difficult to eat and I didn't even get utensils like I had asked. I won't be ordering from here again. There were some great parts, but the awful parts outweighed that and made the price not worth it in today's economy. Hopefully you do better for the next person.

When my party and I arrived, we requested a booth, only to find it dirty upon seating. The food we ordered tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for an extended period. Despite bringing our concerns to the manager, the resolution fell short as the remade food seemed hastily reheated rather than freshly prepared. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and subpar quality of the food left a lot to be desired.

Now that they removed most of the unique items from the menu, they are just like everyone else. Bye bye Bison Burger.

HORRIBLE! Bad cut of meat on the prime rib, tasted like old bad cow, medium came out well, no seasoning when asked for extra, veggies burnt with a mouthful of salt, filet mignon in our opinion was EASILY a sirloin that they tried to pass off as a fine cut, chicken in the chicken parm was burnt, the mozzarella salad LOADED with SALT, etc. EVERYTHING was ruined. Nice of the manager to waive our disgusting meals off. Great guy, just horrible food. If you're going for drinks & hospitality then you should be fine. Don't touch the food. Even when I stood up, it looked like the gal's burger beside us could be took to the vet & revived. Won't be back.

My server/bartender (Brad H) was absolutely amazing! Even though he was busy, he didn’t make you feel rushed, was very attentive and made the experience what it was. This is exactly why people return and would definitely recommend based off this experience alone!

Atmosphere was amazing, beautiful, and vibrant, but upon choosing a side salad i was told the wrong ingredients in it and had to send it back for a different one. Once getting the new one, i was shocked to see it had blue cheese which I wasn’t told so, and I don’t like. I didn’t want to send it back because I had already did so with the first one so I just pushed it to the side. i then ordered a medium rare filet mignon (29.95) and upon cutting down the middle it looked be what I asked for, but as i kept eating it, it turned out to be more medium well done while being burnt on the outside completely.

My family and I went to bj’s for the first time. We were very disappointed. We’ve been waiting for more than 3 mns to get assigned to a table, waitresses kept going back and forth but never told us anything. I felt like the least they could have done was let us know what was happening like they were short of staff or asked us to wait for an available person to serve us. But nothing was said or offered. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
