Went to them two years in a row, or well tried. First year wasn’t the best but wasn’t enough to turn away from family’s referral .. however in first year I did have constant scheduling issues and the lady doing mine could barely answer questions. This year couldn’t even make it past the scheduling phase. The receptionist was beyond rude, doesn’t let you talk, and doesn’t listen when you try and schedule times. When I first called this year I asked what times were available in a 2 day period. I say either day would work she says okay you’re scheduled then hangs up, doesn’t confirm which day or time got settled on. Had to call back not even 2 seconds later to ask. Well turns out that was wrong. She booked me a week before I had asked to be, at a completely different time in the morning than we had discussed. So it’s no surprise that when it comes to my appointment day, I was actually still given the wrong information and unable to make appointment (they scheduled me an hour earlier than discussed) and by that point they are “full for the rest of tax season,” and I was late so I couldn’t reschedule due to how busy they are.
All in all, completely disorganized. They are all condescending and rude. They pick and choose how they are charging people as I was referred to them by a family friend for their pricing and for less returns I was charged almost double my family member who filed for themself and dependents that live with them still. Definitely more of a hassle than anything else.

I have filed with Bhandari tax service for the last 3 years. Most of the communication is through email and would not require a phone call either. They are very quick to respond to the emails and do explain how the tax structure changes for different scenarios

I come here to file and have been for the last couple of years.The gentleman who does the tax filing is straight to the point and efficient and personable.The people who answer the phone when you call in don't come off as personable or patient.

I am Mr Sanjeev Bhandari's client for more than a decade. He always addressed my tax related concerns or filing in a timely and professional manner.
I have submitted my tax document for 2021 on Apr 5th which is their cut-off as per their email and website. Today is April 7th and I know they all are busy working with our filings. Since I didn't get a email acknowledgement which I usually receive, I called them to check if they received and my case is worked by them.
Here the problem started. The customer support lady who took my call said the cut-off time is Apr 5th 9AM and they have published all over the place. The usual cutoff time is EOD or EOB and since she said 9AM, I started questioning her. She again said that they have published all over the place. I said that I checked the email that Bhandari sent and it was mentioned 5th Apr but not the time. she lost her patience and started raising her voice when I repeatedly asked about cut-off time (incorrect info) that she mentioned to me. She realized that she gave me an incorrect info. All she have to do is to apologize and proceed with my request. Instead, she hung up the call.
I tried reaching again and this time I verified their website and the information she provided (9am cut-off) was not written there. Now she wants to defend her point for no reason and she hung up again. She didnt let me talk to Bhandari or anyone working there.
I wrote an email to Sanjeev Bhandari explaining the issue. I got a reply immediately that since I yelled at their staff (totally false and she was the one yelled at me) that they are not going to do the filing.
Do I deserve this treatment? After all I have been filing with him for several years and just because of one inexperienced customer support staff's mistake, I was denied a service at the last moment. Mr. Bhandari should have spoken to me once to hear what was discussed and who yelled at whom.
I have spoken to Sanjeev several times before and I am sure he is not someone who just listen to one side of the issue and make a decision against his client.
This may be a busiest time and loosing a customer is not a big deal. You are throwing someone who completely rely on your service for tax solution needs. Though I sent my documents on date and just listening to your staff and making such a decision is a mistake. You are leaving your client helpless and I am sure you will pay for your karma.

Mr. Bhandari and his services. did a great job in filing my tax return and changed the situation several times between filing jointly and married filing separately. He was patient enough to review our tax return every time we requested. My ex-husband (Abdollah Mohammadi) gave a bad review but I totally disagree with him as Mr. Bhandari was great for us.
