These folks go above and beyond to make sure every customer gets exactly what they need! I highly recommend them to everyone I know — especially if they need a new cell phone!
The Verizon reps inside this store are always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I refuse to set foot in a regular Verizon store anymore; I just go see these folks! They know more about their product and they're always willing to help.

Having the worst time with Best Buy I haven't even started shopping yet and I am getting the run around already well I just got the phone with them again for the fifth time calling either I got to go in the store oh forget about my problem and besides even corporate phone and Best buy's phone you'll never get to talk to human they only have automation

Very bad waiting all day to talk with some one when I call back guy that works from home very disrespectful can't even connect me to a manager it's very unprofessional. Need better service will take my money else where

Peyton was very helpful. She answered all my wife's questions. We had some trouble deciding on a laptop. The only issue was there on hand stock was very limited. We live an hour away and it wasn't possible to come in the next day. We got a new laptop and highly recommend Peyton.

"Can't Buy" What a waste of time & energy coming into this place. I was ready to buy a laptop. Apparently they're not that interested in selling the items they carry or helping a customer. No employees available or willing to help. I'll buy from a retailer that wants to satisfy customers by.... Selling the items they carry??

Purchased a TV online for store pickup and they had me park outside the entry and placed the TV in my vehicle. Unfortunately the TV had a cracked screen so I had to return to the store for an exchange which was a simple and quick process! They loaded up TV #2 and we are happy with the purchase.

I just stood in the pc area for almost 20 minutes and had 3 male employees walk right past me like I don’t exist. I didn’t realize you have to track down people at Best Buy to get assistance. Or maybe it’s the fact that I’m clearly a masc lesbian and they’re homophobic and didn’t want to help me? Kinda the vibe I got leaving the store. I will never return to Best Buy.

Good place, the associates that worked with my wife and I were knowledgeable and courteous. Only draw back is that you can't call the store directly, it goes to a call center instead.

Very helpful staff helped me locate a video game that was hidden. The person who checked me out was distracted and not really there to help me check out. She kept talking to her co-workers about them leaving and why she couldn't leave.
