Took it in for a minor coolant leak many months ago and immediately received brand new engine lights taking it off the lot. After continuing to go back through their work I've found smashed/exposed wires and mating surfaces where they supposedly put new gaskets were filthy. Bare wires were just a few millimeters from where the new intake gasket was supposed to be, luckily my car didn't catch fire, probably why my car magically started running lean too. Maybe mine was a one off service and these guys truly are great, but that is not my personal experience.

Oh my GOODNESS, I feel silly for not getting the main gentleman’s name that was working today but my boyfriend and I had almost completed a 7 hour drive from Colorado Springs when my engine malfunction light came on and my car couldn’t drive without sputtering. They got me in on a helpless walk-in and found the problem right away. We were out in less than an hour and we were able to continue on our trip no problem. Honestly such sweet service I wish I had them as my local shop for future issues!

Made an appointment two weeks prior to service. Car was there all week. Almost a thousand dollars later vehicle still has the same issue it went in for. One of the employees is rude as hell. She acts like it is a co.plete waste of her time if you call and ask ANY questions about your vehicle.Services: Tire rotations

An absolutely wonderful experience with my previous visit! The employees were incredibly kind and Mayher (sorry if I misspelled that) took time to explain everything he did and gave me some tips on how to better maintain my Mini! Bavarian Imports always takes great care of our Mini. They are friendly and always have the work done when they promise. I feel like their prices are fair and they do good quality work. I highly recommend them!
