These negative reviews really had me worried, but my experience was very different. Very positive. We were greeted at the door and told exactly where to wait for what we needed. It was quick, easy, and very professional.

Will just add to all the other one star reviews. Had an appointment for a notary, which should have taken five minutes. The only banker who could do this went over her previous appointment time by an hour so I just ended up just leaving. What’s the point of making an appointment if it isn’t honored? Never bank here

I lost my debit card Friday afternoon, went to the bank at 430 to pull cash for the weekend and guess what? Lobby now closes at 4pm AND closed all weekend. No cash for me! This is the least customer centric bank I have. What are people supposed to do when they need to pull money out, deposit, etc when they have any barrier. From simple lost debit card to technical difficulties to a cognitive or language/cultural barrier? I guess we will need to change all our accounts to our credit union where we already moved our mortgage.

Jenny Olson is a joke ripped a piece of paper (my clients receipt) out of my hand then had the nerve to say she's protecting her customer. Little did she know I was her customer too with buissness accts then some. So I guess it's ok to protect your customers who have been banking there for years and treat the new ones like garbage.

This BOA branch appears to be the only one open on the west side of Wichita. The line was long and when we got to the counter we realized there was only one teller working! One! The blonde haired young man whose name i didn't get deserves 5 stars across the board. Even though he was wearing a mask I could see from his eyes that we were being greeted with a smile. He was upbeat, warm and inviting and our transaction was done in a split second. He was fast! He didn't miss a beat! Most importantly and why I felt it necessary to leave a review... the pressure that young man must be feeling would cause the vast majority of people to walk out on a job but HE is there with a smile making each person he helped feel like a valued Bank of America customer. (I had time to watch him :-) Every once in a while you will have an interaction with a person that restores a little faith. I wish I had his name but it shouldn't be hard to find him. Kudos to you, blue eyes!

Have called three different locations (including this one) for the past 30 minutes. 10AM on a Monday and not a single individual available for a phone conversation? Never had this much trouble trying to contact a BoA in my whole life. Horrible service.

Just like all the rest of the branches in Wichita, they DO NOT want your business, as a customer, your actually an inconvenience to them lol, if your not out guessing which branch is open right now because they don't know how to keep their schedules right, then your probably being told they can't help you

Horrible phone service. I needed to speak with a rep from this bank about a medicare payment that was rejected and the monet is still sitting in my account. Called this bank several times never could get through. Kept sending me back to a recording. I am not able to get to this bank. This is horrible customer service.

I am not happy with the limited inside open locations and too many closed locations, using covid 19 as a way to not let you get your cash and they changed their ATM cards without notice, due to a mistake in their systems. I can eat , shop, do everything but get to my cash..9am is late for inside locations to open knowing we all have waited thru covid 19 for a year...let's be nicer to your money holders n less bankers hours n golf its time for you to open locations inside and get to helping us and sacrifice like we did

Brought my 3&4 yr old in with me and they were told to be quiet by a worker. They weren’t even loud and they’re kids. Had one teller working, maybe if you had more workers my kids wouldn’t of been in there longer than you liked.
