I came to buy one thing 5 minutes before they closed. As I was walking up to the building, an employee saw me and ran up to the door and locked it before I could get inside. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Couldn't ask ask for more committed people than Jazleen and Lily in helping customers solve their automotive problems! I was traveling through Wichita and needed a quick diagnostic. Jazleen was fast in diagnosing my problem, but I needed someone to provide the service. They called around town to find someone who could do it at the last minute, which saved me a lot time and effort as I had a hard to service vehicle. Can't ay enough about their attitude and helpfulness. AutoZone on Maize Stree will get my business because of those two professionals!

Excellent team dedicated to helping their customers. Walked in looking for cabin air filters - had all 6 colleagues in the store help me figure out the specs of my car and walked with the EXACT needed part. This is the definition of a full-service store! The only thing I had to do is swipe the card.
Will come back again!

There is only 1 person who seems to work in this store. I have gone in a number of times. People sitting on counter tops. People ignoring a ringing phone. People ignoring customers as they come in or just standing in aisles and not trying to help customers. This location has changed a lot in a negative way in the last several months.

Went in to get some Heet for my car because temperatures are supposed to be in the single digits the next couple of days. The store manager Frank helped me out and he did amazing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that.

Store opens at 0730 but when the employees are just showing up at 0729, opening the doors at 0735 and then you have to wait for their computer to start to find out they don't have the filter you need but they can have it tomorrow or the next day. I can order it on Amazon for tomorrow or pick it up across the street today! Customer service sucked. Waste of time to even stop.
