I needed a new car battery and Caleb went out of his way to help me not only get the battery but put it in my car. One of the screws was mis sized and he went out of his way to make sure the battery fit properly so it would work correctly. I just appreciated him being so kind, helpful and friendly. I will use this store again in a heartbeat.

Very light staff. Seems to be one person working most of the time when they have more staff in house. This is the second time they sent me to the more professional store on N. Maize road. Seems like they have pallets of stuff to stock but dont have the time to put out.

My son, Jonah was in Wichita today and found his car would not start. After inspecting under the hood he found a lot of corrosion on the battery terminals. I advised him to go to AutoZone to have his battery replaced because he did not have any tools and probably needed to replace the battery. Robert at the location on Tyler road just south of Central went out of his way to help my son replace the battery and some other parts to get him back up and running. Jonah said it was the highest level of customer support that he has ever experienced.Thank you Robert for taking the time to help my son out. He is young and still figuring things out and I could not be there to help. You were there for him when he needed a helping hand. Robert! You are the man!
