This store is a huge waste of time. Never has anything in stock, even when they are supposed to. Don't even offer to have it brought over from the hub anymore either. If you insist on Autozone just drive straight over to Pawnee and Seneca. Or just roll a block North and get it at OReilley's. They had the exact brand and model plug I was after, why would I drive halfway across town? Sorry Autozone, OReilley's got that $80 sale!

I started the day with a dead battery due to 17 degree temp. Had to jump car and on the way to autozone my windshield wiper came off. I went in and asked for help. Makayla offered suggestions on the best products for me and even installed the battery and wiper blades in the extremely cold weather all with a pleasant and friendly attitude. Thanks Autozone and Makayla for getting my vehicle back in working order!

Young 18-23 year old boy working behind the desk informed me he couldn’t install my $250 car battery that I bought from his store. He was very rude, unprofessional and lazy. I refunded my car battery went to Oriellys ( a block east) and the 60 year old woman working behind the counter happily installed my new oriellys battery.
Lesson learned: Don’t buy from autozone

They helped me with free charge but found a dead cell in my battery. Bought a new battery, and the customer service was excellent the entire time!

The guy who helped me went above and beyond. He listened, was patient and really worked to make sure I got the correct part I needed. He even ended up fixing the problem! I still bought the part I needed for the future.
