Had to replace my car battery today, Lexi and Brie not only replaced the battery they tested my system to be sure I would not have further problems. Thanks to the ladies on South Broadway for all their help!

Caesar was honest and helped me quickly! He checked my battery and replaced it! He was professional and kind! The other employees in the store also greeted me quickly and made sure that I was being assisted. Great customer service!

RUDE customer service. Clerk made sexist comments about me being a women and continued to have a bad attitude towards me when I asked for assistance looking for a oil cap. Clearly was annoyed and aggressive when turning his computer monitor towards me. He had zero communication at that point as he also was on the phone I said forget it this place clearly isn't helpful.

Our alternator went out a week ago, Thursday, December 14, 2023, while my boyfriend was there to check the battery, starter, and alternator. They were really helpful and kind enough to offer what help they could. The manager that night not only stayed after hours to make sure we got the tools returned, but also to make sure of our safety until we had help arrive to tow our car to a friend's house because of the time of night it was and the area. Sorry this review took a week, but we are very satisfied with this store location. It was truly a blessing that the alternator went out while at a parts store and we are thankful that it was this one that night! Thank you for your help and concern that night! We drive a 2007 Ford Taurus.

Very helpful and informative service. Thanks to Cesar we got a huge mistake with our engine fixed in a Jiffy. I will Absolutely be coming back for all my car need and question!!

The worst service anywhere ever. Waited 30 min. to get a refund because Brie was to busy to help her on help. When I finally raised my voice Brie came to help it took her about 30 sec. to refund my money. Then she got nasty and told me to leave the store. I will never be back and I have been a customer since the place opened. Oh be sure you save your paper receipt because if they forget to enter the sales in their system you are screwed and they are lost. So if you like being treated like a moron by morons this is the place to shop.

Stopped by to return windshield wipers and purchase new ones. A very nice man named Allen helped me install the wipers but not before his manager Cesar came out to interrupt Allen and his female coworker to complain about some issue in the back. Disregarding the line of people behind me Cesar stopped his team members to show them a video and said, “I’m going to kill whoever made this mess”, “whoever wrongfully birthed this MF.” & other foul comments. This guy clearly should not be manager. It was an awkward experience I felt really bad for his team members. I would give 5 stars if it was solely up to the service I received from Allen.
