Thank you to the man I talked to on lastThursday asking about a battery. I was upset and you were sarcastic. I was trying to buy a battery didn’t know what size engine I had and you told me well. First you open the hood and then you look on top of your engine or the inside of your car door. I know all this, I didn’t need you to be sarcastic about it and next time you hang up the phone hang up the phone you called me “ Another dumb ass woman .“I really appreciate that” You are the reason I went to O’Reillys I was already upset and didn’t need your attitude

The worker was able to get my daughter’s battery hooked up and fast. The problem is that within a week we had to call the tow truck again and have it jumped. Come to find out the battery had not been screwed in all the way and needed to be tightened. Ended up losing 75$ more to get it jumped that time and still had to take it in to a different AutoZone to get it fixed. She missed an hour of her new job, messing with this. Not happy at all.

AutoZone staff are ALWAYS very helpful, they have never disappointed me - in every state that I have been to. This location is no different. I don’t live near it, but the one near my house, I took them donuts. They deserve a whole lot more rewards. :)

I placed an online order for two belts which were shown to be in stock at my home store. My debit card was immediately charged. I received an email a short time later saying that my order had been cancelled due to one or more of the items not being in stock. I called the store to make sure I'd be issued a refund to my card. They said it's automatic but could take several days.
Here's an idea. How about not charging a card until after the order is fulfilled? Or how about trying to fulfill the order from the inventory of another nearby store? So annoying.

In today’s day and age it’s hard to find people that care about the customer experience.. today Mark at Autozone on West Central did an absolutely amazing job at being helpful, kind and understanding! These kind of workers are one of a kind & very valuable as the face of the company!! which is why I believe Mark deserves a very generous raise for being an outstanding employee! You can’t put a price on loyalty these kind of workers don’t get paid enough! Thank you AutoZone & Mark for all my Auto needs! I know where I will go if I need anything for my vehicle!

The manager Craig sold me a battery, was not helpful on installing it, told me to go to jiffy lube and ask for an employee and tell him Craig sent me and they would put in my battery for 50$. I felt like I was getting scammed. Will not be back

Call that morning about my radiator warranty Because Old Radiator had broke, Said I had the warranty and it wouldn't cost me a dime.So we took the old radiator off and took it in, and they remember the call and had it ready for us to pick-up, But for some reason, now we don't have the Warrenty, So now we have the radiator off the car, We were not happy at all And the radiator was $325 plus Tax, the Lady Offered Her 20% off , we had to have it, but what happened to are warranty, DON'T HAPPY WHAT THEM..

I had to buy a new battery and get it installed. The guy that helped me was EJ. He was fast to help me get back on the road. He was also very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

I came in to have my transmission fluid level checked and the guy couldn't Evan find the dipstick for it, finally finds it and tells me it's good didn't Evan wipe the dipstick. Then after a couple days my car starts acting weird I check it myself and it's all the way empty
