Whiskey tango foxtrot. Terrible place to do business. I was second in line and it took twenty minutes to even get spoke to. I thought I had found a theft of a hundred dollars set of headlights and the manager was super rude about it and then laughed at me because I don't go to the VA or carry around my DD-214. This is my he third time my wife or myself have had poor service in our last three visits. I would recommend staying away from this place. At least the calorie challenge gentleman wasn't there today to be super rude to my wife and tell me not to spend all my money on dope. I should be nice to him. It's not his fault he's mentally challenged. I'm glad to see my all time favorite parts store hires the mentally disabled and rage filled racist.

Went in to get a hose for engine not knowing exactly what size and was hoping someone working there would look at my car parked outside and help me figure exactly what I needed. I was very disappointed. They sold me a piece of hose with no idea if it would fit or not. This AutoZone? No Thank You! Update: Turns out the hose they sold me ended up fitting perfectly. Changing my 2 stars to 5. Thanks guys and sorry for the bad review.

THE MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE EVER! My little sister was locked out of the car and they helped us for almost an hour to get it unlocked. They even called people they knew to help us. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I’ll always come to this autozone!

They'll test and replace you broken battery for free. In and out within 20min. Nice staff. Also worth noting, i thought it was super cool how diverse the staff is. So good to see . #girlpower lol Good job Autozone.

How to say Josh in his whole team? There always always do a fabious job. Never I can't say never always helps me get the right part. And I would have anybody go there. Cause they work with anybody in my mom to go there. And they would help or get the right stuff. That's how great these people are there. So if you need some parts, go see josh and his team at pawnee and k fifteen autozone.

My vehicle suddenly died ON THE RAILROAD TRACKS like 300 ft from this place and the manager was incredibly kind and helpful… walked across the street to hook up the ODB scan tool and assist me in trying to figure out what the problem is… unknown as of yet, but one thing is for sure… five stars for this AutoZone location!

Just got back from. The auto zone on Pawnee and Hydralic. Carlos D helped me. He went above and beyond to get the part out and was so polite to this old lady. He was great. Made sure that I had what I needed. Thanks again Carlos
