I recently dropped off my car to have the front windows stripped and retinted as the tint from the dealership (installed prior to purchasing the car) failed and they wouldn't warranty it. Auto Image stripped and retinted the windows quickly and with no problems. This was the first time I had tint on one of my cars that was not from Auto Image and the quality from the dealership just wasn't there. I have had many cars tinted at Auto Image over the years and have always had a good experience. The staff is great, the quality is top notch, and their prices are always fair.

Nice job removing previous bubbled up tint and replacing. There was one small blemish but one of the guys came out and smoothed it out promptly before I left. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd car I have had window tinting done on. I have been very pleased with the work that has been done. I have also recommended their services to my friends who also had windows tinted and were they were pleased as well. Thank you for doing such a great job.

The body shop did a sub par job on my car. I would assume that you dismantle the area of the damage to make sure all parts needed will be ordered at the same time. I was told my car would be ready but their body guy had called "out" and could be out 2-3 days. A WEEK later when I went to pick up the car, the company wouldn't put more than 3000 on a DEBIT card and my bill was higher. I had to go out of my way to get cash to pay the full bill. They had no change on the premises and I was set down in a dark room and left there til the woman could figure out what she was doing. It was a very poor experience.

We had a hail storm come through and i discovered that my car got hit I had just bought the car and was devastated but I called Marc at American Collision and hail repair he explained the process and they took care of everything I’m so glad I choose Marc and his team I would definitely recommend them to everyone

They got me in and out lightning fast doing all four windows as well as the rear window and a front strip. The installer was very good and we had a nice conversation. He made sure I was happy with the results midway through and once he finished. He also explained everything perfectly. 5 stars

We had Pinnacle tint done all around, and clear Pinnacle on the windshield and sunroof of our Audi S3. Could not be happier! The UV blocking is something I can’t believe I lived this long without. They even redid the rear window without charging us after we brought it back over some concerns over a section of clustered bubbles and trapped dust. The owner was understanding of our concerns and was immediate in his decision to redo it for us. Fantastic business standards and customer service! Thank you!

The films looked really good, but yet the thing is that there was water stains going around inside of the car and on the outside of the car. They should have wiped down all the glass and doors.

Had my brand new Tesla tinted with pinnacle ceramic all the way around. Auto image did a great job and had great customer service. Will definitely use them in the future. After tint the inside of my car was sitting about 30 degrees cooler than before while in direct sunlight. Very noticeable difference when entering the vehicle and also while driving.
