Alec Hughes was the best salesman that I’ve dealt with and I’m old having purchased numerous vehicles for myself and family. I had to buy another vehicle from another dealer that just came out of the blue and was totally unexpected. But it was on a car without a package I really didn’t need and consequently 8K less. So I backed out of the deal with him. It actually was a hard decision to make since Alec had spent so much time getting me a tremendous deal on his vehicle. He’s an extremely courteous hard working professional unlike a great number of other sales people. I’d highly recommend using him no matter where you are in the country as he will give you the best deal and arrange shipping. Good luck to Alec you’re the best

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the most professional and painless car shopping experience with Jacob Gunsch at Audi Wichita. Coming from out of town, Jake worked quickly to provide several incredible car recommendations based on my features wish list. Upon arrival, Jake had the cars pulled in a warm garage for viewing (versus the very cold outdoors), talk about service! Jake then proceeded to provide the most knowledgeable overview of each car while in the garage and on the road. A true car enthusiast! The experience was unmatched and I highly recommend you go ask for Jake!

The modern setting and comfortable waiting area significantly added to the overall great experience at the dealership.I have six Golden Retrievers and I can tell people here are dog people too.

I recently brought my car in for service at Walser Audi and found the service department to be very cordial and eager to accommodate my tight schedule. After I explained my repair issue, I was then turned over to Carley who is the scheduling Clerk. I found her to be very attentive and understanding, and wanting to be sure their shop schedule openings could work with my needs for getting in and out with the least amount of inconvenience. Employees like Carley give one a comfort level in dealing with a dealership. She obviously cares what we as customers think when selecting service options, which is very important for a high end brand like Audi. The rest of the service department, with whom I had interaction, were right in line with the same attitude and responsiveness.

Great service! My husband was impressed with the diagnostic video and it was nice to share that with him since he’s deployed and thousands of miles away. I also thought the diagnostic fee was reasonable as I had seen it online costing double at other locations. I went in for a blind spot assist fault. The sensors were going to be 3k which I couldn’t justify paying but then when I drove away my blind spot assist was working! I don’t know how long it will work for but super happy that it’s working for now. I would return again to Audi Wichita

We recently purchased a used Audi Q7 at Audi Wichita. Our sales consultant Aaron Stepanek was very honest and forthcoming about the vehicle I was interested in. I did not at all feel like he was just trying to sell a vehicle and instead he educated us on what to expect with the vehicle both good and bad so that we could feel good about making an informed decision to purchase the vehicle. I can't recommend his expertise and professionalism highly enough. Ask for Aaron Stepanek at Audi Wichita if you want to have a truly great car buying experience. We had a wonderful shopping experience with Sabin from Audi Wichita. After a bad hail storm totaled my vehicle, and after a quick search online, we found a vehicle that was a great fit for our family. Sabin sent additional information, as well as a detailed video of the interior and exterior, which saved us a 4 hour drive into Wichita for car shopping. They delivered the vehicle to northwest Kansas about two days later! Sabin stayed in touch through every step, even checking in after delivery. I could not speak more highly of the process, and I've already shared how seamless it was with several friends and family!

This is my first Audi and my second time using Walser. I bought an Audi A5 Sportback, and I love the vehicle. I can't really see myself buying a vehicle from another dealership. Their professionalism surpasses that of any other dealership I know. My customer specialist, Aaron Stepanek was patient, available, and helpful at every step. He has the vehicle in the showroom and sent me walk-through videos in the time it took other dealerships to reply. He also worked with me to ensure I had the best options possible within my budget. Thank you for stellar service and a very pleasant remote buying experience.

Just bought a used Audi car from Audi Wichita. Sabin did an excellent job through the entire sales process. He adjusted his work schedule to meet my needs with less than a day’s notice. Further, he was very knowledgeable and able to explain the company’s warranty and additional coverage options without pushing me to buy something I wasn’t comfortable purchasing. Great job all around!

Aaron with Audi Wichita is the best. His follow up after purchase is flawless, and he made buying the car with cash a less than TEN MINUTE EXPERIENCE. It took longer to load the infotainment than it did Aaron to have me ready to roll. The dealership is beautiful and they keep the best inventory of S/RS cars. I drove from Tulsa, and will again.

After taking a few months to think about and write my review, I'm still disappointed about my first time buying experience at Audi Wichita. I was thinking it would be a good and positive experience but it was not. Aaron Stepanek was the salesman for the test drive and this experience was good. I called him the next day to ask him questions about purchasing a 2018 S4. He let me know if I were to acquire the vehicle the next day we would be breaking the bond as he was not working that next day. So I honored his wishes and said that I would come back in the following day. The next morning, Aaron was blowing up my phone while I was at work, trying to sell me an extended warranty and to convince me to finance with one of their lenders, instead of my lender. We set up time I would come in purchase the car. I came in and he was working with another couple during the time he asked me to come in. We sat in the lobby for 15 minutes before he acknowledged us, and then he directed another salesman to assist us. He never acknowledged us and never asked if he could help us. Thank you to Ryan Schauf stepping up and for your help. The service center was great, no complaint's. I love my car but am simply disappointed in the buying process. I will probably never buy from this dealership again based on how I was treated.

Even though it has taken 6 weeks to get my title, lm very pleased with a gentleman named Aaron Stepanek on a Saturday l text him and told him l still haven't received my title .Aaron on his day off texted me back and gave me an update on my title and when l should be receiving it in the mail .
