We don'y buy cars often so when we do, I end up having a lot of questions in finding the right car. Sabin at Audi Wichita was our man.
From when we first met, to the test drives and in his office space, I fired away all of my questions and Sabin handled them all in an informative, casual pace that helped build our understanding and our confidence in our Audi Wichita purchase.
Sabin followed up with us as we returned home and again fielded our questions and thoughts.
He was outstanding, our experience was top notch and we appreciate Sabin's work in making it all happen.

I cannot possibly put into words how amazed I was with purchasing a vehicle with Sabin at Audi Wichita. Sabin was very professional and personable - I felt like I was car shopping with a friend. He was very knowledgeable and upfront with us about future repair costs since I was not used to driving an import. He definitely looks out for his customers and goes above and beyond. I’m also impressed with their customer service beyond the sale and know if anything happens down the road, they will be there to help. Sabin with Audi Wichita made my car purchase super easy. He was very friendly and personable. And since he handled everything from test drive to all the paper signing I didn't have to sit in a financing office and get grilled to purchase add-ons. I really enjoyed the low pressure sales tactics. I would definitely buy from this dealer again.

Sabin made our vehicle purchase very smooth and exciting! We had such a good experience as he was very knowledgeable about the car I had been wanting to look at, as well as making sure everything was perfect for me in all ways before my test drive and before I got to drive it home! The dash went out in my A6 last week at 43,000ish miles. It’s all digital, so it was just a blank screen. No gauges or anything. It would come back on at times and throw a fault code with a Christmas tree of warning lights. I made an appointment online, but it was going to be a few weeks out. After scheduling, I called the next day to tell them I could not drive it safely and to confirm it’s under factory warranty. The independent specialty shop I use for maintenance doesn’t do warranty work, and for good reason. Walser said to bring it in and they’d give me a loaner. At this point, I’m expecting it to be 4-6 weeks before I get the car back. I took it in Monday morning and got a nice loaner, same model, brand new. That afternoon, I had an inspection video, a full diagnostics report, and the dash issue diagnosed. Thankfully, they had a new module rushed in from Texas instead of having to order from the factory. I got a call Tuesday morning saying the car was done. It’s good as new. I didn’t buy the car from them, but I love Walser.

Bought a used A6 for our son, the systems they use to do paperwork were down globally; however even with that hurdle they made the process easy and straightforward! Sabin was an excellent salesman to work with and was very attentive even though he had to juggle multiple clients while we were there! Would definitely purchase another Audi from them in the future!

I recently purchased a 2023 VW Taos SE from Audi Wichita. SABIN was my sales representative and he was amazing. I sent him a message, he had the vehicle ready for me to test drive, and I was off! Sabin went above and beyond assisting me with getting my loan secured. He even had WeatherTech floor mats mailed to me.
