AT&T is the most excruciatingly painful business I have ever worked with. All communication, transactions and product provided is of lowest quality imaginable. Please use this review as a warning before choosing to work with them.

Wesley Hale is the guy at this store that knows his stuff. I stopped in once before and he quickly answered my questions. Recently we had some phone issues that AT&T tech support couldn't resolve so I went back to the store and Wesley got me squared away within 5 minutes. Great Guy to work with. The other people at this store are also helpful. They also have a good selection of phones to choose from. We signed up with AT&T as new customers 6 years ago as they had the best plans and also the best price on phones for new customers. Thank You and Merry Christmas

CSR Wesley was quite abrupt and very much not helpful with me being able to receive phone calls on my iPhone: “give me your phone” “unlock it” “it’s fine, call 611”. Extremely frustrated with him and AT&T.

Avoid this location! Went in with a very simple issue. They made it incredibly difficult. The manager (Jade) was not reasonable and very standoffish. She just stood there with her arms crossed looking like she could care less. Went to the store on ridge road and was treated much better. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I was greated with a smile and things couldn't have been made easier. I won't be back to the Maize location.

I don't do reviews very often, but had to on this one. We recently took our sons to ATT as first responders to get them off of Verizon and onto First Net. While there (the store on N. Maize) and after talking to the employees, we also decided to dump Verizon (after 17 years!) and move to ATT. We spent four hours making all of the changes and never heard a complaint from anyone. They were all accommodating and friendly. Once home (we live several hours away) I realized my phone would no longer send pictures through text. I spent three days and numerous phone calls with ATT customer service, the last of which had me so upset I was ready to switch back. I decided to call this store back and the young lady I talked to offered to do whatever she could...within less than ten minutes she had me back on track and sending photos. It is a minor thing, but I appreciated her expertise and I appreciated how she helped me troubleshoot over the phone. I know not everyone has the same experience at every store, but if someone asked me who I would recommend...this would be the place. Thanks for all of your help.

I recently purchased a 14 Pro Max iPhone. I am a Senior Citizen!☺️I was having several issues, and was unable to resolve them. I went back to the store where I purchased it, and was assisted by Rep. Alma, at the 21st and Maize location in Wichita, Ks.It was a difficult process, but Alma “hung in there” and after a couple of hours, completely resolved the problem! I am very grateful! She was kind, patient and professional!Thank you.Go Alma‼️

We went in just before 7:30pm to upgrade a phone and have the information transferred from the old phone to the new one. We were told that they don't do that after 7pm because it could take up to an hour to transfer. We had very little on this phone to transfer and she still refused to help us. Gave every excuse in the book on why she couldn't do it. Time and the At&t store didn't have the correct cord to transfer from a slightly older phone to a new phone. What?!!! We didn't realize they did a "soft" close at 7pm. Maybe that should be posted on their website or door. She was rude, unapproachable, never thanked us for our purchase and after the sale, just turned and walked away. We got out of there with 10 minutes to spare so she could make it to her nail appointment on time. BTW we ended up transferring info at home in less than 10 minutes.

Not sure of the names of the 3 gentlemen working last night 10/27/22 but all three were very kind/polite and very willing to help. Overall perfect experience.
