This was my first time ever going to Aspen Dental , I made an appointment for a check up and cleaning . My appointment was at 330 pm , I was seen promptly and I thought it was going to be a great experience , after multiple x-rays of my teeth I was placed in a room to wait for “ the doctor to see me” I waited 45 min , it was 445pm and I finally asked someone that worked there if they could find out what was going on , when this employee came back she says”the doctor is reviewing your x-rays and should be in shortly “ I work in health care and have for 30 years , you always keep your pts and family informed of delays, it’s common courtesy. Anyway the dentist finally came in my room at a few minutes until 5 pm. and said “ sorry for the wait” , I asked if i would be getting my teeth cleaned and I was told “ the dental hygienist went home early , she was sick “ He then tells me my teeth all look good and proceeds to encourage me to get implants sooner rather than later , no other options were discussed . I was then placed in another room to wait on the finance manager to go over “quotes for implants “ I have 2 missing teeth , the total for 2 came to 8500 .00 and that was with my dental insurance which covered 1500 a year on implants . Wow , i made this appointment for a cleaning and was really disappointed and upset at the entire situation . I feel like they should communicate better with patients , keep you in the loop with what’s going on , it really felt like a wasted afternoon . I had not heard great things about Aspen Dental in the past but this office according to google has 4.9 stars .

The staff was friendly and helped me through the entire process. For me that is a big thing since I hadn't seen a dentist in a long time. It was an overall painless experience, im glad to have them become my primary dentist.

First off, they take my insurance! It took me along time to find the dentist that did, so thank you Aspen! Since it was my first visit, I was there for a few hours. They took x-rays, looked at my teeth, and addressed the problems I was having. My teeth were cleaned and then I met up with the scheduler for cost and scheduling of next visit. Everyone was smiling and made me feel at ease and comfortable!!!! I Recommend ??

Appointment was at 4...took x-rays, then waited for well over a hour to see the actual dentist. But dentist was very nice and professional. He explained things in easy to understand terms. He was clean and thorough. Was supposed to receive a price consultation call directly after. Didn't receive call that day.

All of the office staff @ Wichita (Rock Rd) location were amazingly nice and abundantly helpful. However, Shannan was just incredible as she went above and beyond to assist me with filing my insurance.

Going to Aspen Dental was a complete waste of my time! I awoke Saturday with severe tooth pain. I was pleasantly surprised I could get a last minute Saturday appointment with Aspen Dental. The happiness ended there. After being examined the staff seemed completely focused on my next cleaning and further unnecessary “needed” crowns for teeth that “may” become a problem one day. The pain I was having was a side item, an afterthought. I wasn’t completely overlooked, I was given a blank referral and told to find my own specialist to preform a root canal. However, the promised prescription for an antibiotic was not forwarded to my pharmacist. On Monday I went to another Dentist who actually only focused on the current situation leaving any other “needed” treatment for another day.

They got me in right away and scheduled my procedure within a week as I had a trip coming up and could not go without getting this cleared up. They are a godsend. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

I am terrified to go to the dentist! It took months for me to call and get an appointment! Everyone is so nice and they really care about my fears and putting me at ease. I have a cleaning appointment today and yes I am anxious but not scared like I was.

They were very nice and got me started with a plan. My work starts next Tuesday the 19th. I'm very excited to get started and get my dentures.

The dentist and hygienist are good at there job. The office is friendly but ineffective. I have been there for multiple appointments. I got the insurance. Since I got the insurance they said they would credit me 600 and some change. Said it would take two weeks. This started in June. Now they can't answer when. Never left a review, but this is horrible way to do business. Say it is up to corporate when money goes back. So if someone takes your money and does not provide the service, what is that to you. I had an appointment today but they didn't put it down. Had the appointment card, got an apology and offered to reschedule. I did not.

I went for my new dentures in July 2023, finally after all the xrays, exams, picking the color of the teeth ext....I finally got my dentures Aug. 22, 2023....(keep in mind I have been without teeth since 12/2022). They weren't feeling the best but after telling the office manager Leanne if I remember her name right, same woman I had a job interview with to work there told me to give them a week and if I am still having problems to call. Well, after having more than just "trouble" I had called them Aug.29th and 30th and left a message with no call back from them. Then Aug 31st I called and finally reached Shannon who I explained everything to her and that I cannot wear my dentures at all with all of the sores that the dentures were causing and that I really need an adjustment. I was told the earliest that I can get in is September 13th 2023 and can be added to the cancellation list....what the heck??? I have to go that much longer not eating? All the food I bought thinking I was going to be able to eat because I will have my dentures all is going and gone to waste??? Not to mention the ulcer I have in my stomach that requires I have to eat 5 small meals a day to help the healing process that I had to also have surgically intervention on in July 2023 which if it ruptures I could die within minutes...and you're telling me that I cannot get in for any adjustments until Sept 13th 2023???? I thought Aspen Dental cared which was why I chose them over the cheaper route. So disappointed, not only my mouth hurting like it does but my tummy and the ulcer bc I cannot eat. So glad they care but I am especially glad that I have 90 days for a full refund. Hello cheaper route, here I come! Oh, also I was going to get implants but I think they didn't want me back in bc of the 20% off promo they were having in the month of August! Check around and do your research before going to Aspen dental in Wichita, KS off of Rock Rd. PLEASE!!!!

I made an appointment last week for a tooth that was chipped and needed filled. Went in for my appointment and they switched it to a later day in the week than what I was told on the phone. They say on their website, a sign on the door and the person on the phone even said if I had pain I could arrive earlier for a walk in or emergency visit whenever they could make time. Not guaranteed of course. But when I got there and they said no your appointment isn't for another 3 days. I asked about walk-ins and emergency care. They said nope, they wouldn't have any openings until my appointment.I asked if they would just call me if they had a no show or cancellation and they nope. I just had to call them. Wow, talk about feeling like no one really cared there at all. They were obviously not wanting to even try to help.Customer service is so non existent these days and everyone seems to just be ok with that.Well, I got one am not. Glad I found out what kind of place this was and the people behind it before I paid for a first time exam with all the 3d specialty junk.I drove straight over to my original dentist and got right in on the same day for a cleaning and X-rays and now an appointment to get my tooth fixed quickly. The only reason I tried Aspen dental was because they were in network and my old dentist was not. But heck tho, worth the extra money out of network when you have people that care and actually want to work with you. Not get immediately dismissed, scheduling messed up with no apology, and no real care for helping people.Do NOT go here , not worth it at any discount.

Staff was okay, kind. The dentist I saw was rude and condescending. I was scolded...(NEVER scold an adult woman). Then when I was talking to him about what I didn't think I could afford to do right now, he rolled his eyes. To top it off, I discussed deadening my mouth and that I don't like it and prefer just topical...he scoffed at that and said deadening is not that big of a deal. Yeah, they lost my business.

My overall experience was great. The front desk were very professional and the hygienist did an outstanding job. I'm definitely coming back.

Not great today. I was IMPRESSED at first visit. Today had a partial crown put in work struggle from staff getting it to stick, and I lost it tonight. I tried calling the exchange and I was advised that the on call dentist would call me within 30 min... And I did not receive a call at all. Meanwhile, I paid ahead of time and I have half on a tooth on the bottom front row and NO RETURN Call. I tried calling customer service and exchange but no call back.
