Greeted as soon as we came in. Took us to what they had on display, but wasn't exactly what was wanted. Showed website with several options. Which was very helpful.

My 4 year old recliner's handle which operates the chair broke Monday, I thought damn! Went to Ashley's on east Kellogg Tuesday, they ordered a new handle, no cost to me, and Fed X delivered it Thursday. Chair repaired! Super customer service!! I am one happy retired teacher! Thanks!!
