I started going to ARC originally to pickup drawings for a lady I work with. But since then, I have been taking in projects and working with Lynette mostly. She really sets a wonderful place to come into. She's friendly, and makes sure all her attention is on you and what your needs are. If I owned a business, Lynette would be my choice to greet persons coming into my business. She really knows her stuff in ARC and has helped me reach goals I have had to meet. Thank you Lynette, I really enjoy coming in and seeing you!

We cannot thank ARC enough for their exceptional service and assistance in getting out documents under extremely tight deadlines. The Wichita Staff goes above and beyond to make sure their clients are taken care of and we are so appreciative! The staff is always pleasant to work with, and the end products always look great. Arc is a great company to do business with. The people who answer the phones and take Central Steel's paper order are always polite. Steirling is the man who works on Central Steel's printer and he is always on time and fast with responding to service requests. Great company overall to be involved with for our printer and paper needs.

We trust Arc to print our materials with a high level of quality and an eye for detail. We often need multi-page booklets printed full-color with a bleed, trimmed, saddle-stitched and delivered on a short turn-around, and they do not disappoint.

I went there to scan documents to an email.they charge me $8 and didn't do it right. I went to fedex ,they did it right and only charge me $1.50. And i sent my documents to different email with no charge. They don't know what they doing.don't pay until you are satisfied.

I had a really important document I needed printed first thing in the morning that was COVID related. They met me outside almost immediately and handed me my document without even charging me. They didn't HAVE to do that but they did. Thank you.
