“Oxford Villa has the most amazing staff. We knew immediately it was a place my dad would enjoy. The transition was very easy, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. He feels right at home and is really enjoying the activities, friendly residents and loving staff. My teenage daughter loves going to visit her grandpa and visit with staff and residents. They always greet our family and make us feel so welcome. We are so grateful to have found Oxford and we very highly recommend it.”

“I've been here 11months now and still have nothing but nice things to say about Quarters. Residents are friendly and respectful of one another. The staff is friendly and questions are answered very quickly. I've only had 3 requests for maintenance and they were over in just a little while to take care of my problem every time. I’ve felt very glad I chose Quarters!”

“I'm writing this review with five starts because I want my opinion to be viewed and read by those who actually take the time to read reviews. I like my apartment, but the way I've been treated as a resident has been really disappointing. Earlier in December I had a misunderstanding with the flex app that caused an issue with my rent payment. When I went into the office for assistance I was able to show the office manager (I think her name is Audrey) proof that it was just a simple misunderstanding and that things would be sorted in 24-hours.We were rudely interrupted by another office person, Alissa, Who spoke to Audrey as if she were incompetent and spoke to me as if I were brainless. Her condescending tone, and her overbearing demeanor was beyond traumatic due to the magnitude of her arrogance.Fast forward, My toilet needs to be replaced due to an accident. The maintenance person stated that they would be able to fix it Friday Morning, but my maintenance issue wasn't considered pressing enough to actually attend to and by the time he was able to come I wouldn't have been home so I agreed to have it pushed to Monday... I went all weekend without a working toilet. Monday comes and I was ASKED what time of day would work for me on Friday and I requested an early morning time frame.I don't hear anything from the offices of Villas of WAterford until 4 PM Monday afternoon while I am preparing to go teach a class. It's Alissa calling, no apologies, full blown arrogance, asking me if the maintenance man can come replace the toilet now... I reply that I am going to work and cannot. she then says... "well he has to leave in five minutes and can't come anyways..." THEN WHY IN YOUR MIND DID YOU THINK IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO CALL? Then she asks me if he can come the next day. I say "okay but I would prefer he come in the morning." She replies rudely "I can't give you a time but I can request he come BEFORE LUNCH"M'am you were giving me a time to pay rent and talking to me like I was stupid over a minor mistake but you can't tell your maintenance man to prioritize replacing a toilet that should have been replaced this morning? I'm supposed to adhere to deadlines but you can't in your mind see that it is unacceptable for a paying resident to not have a toilet for as long as I've gone without one? Regardless of what caused the issue with the toilet, the way the situation has been handled has been careless, unprofessional, and just lacking all consideration. I literally avoid the office because I don't want to even deal with the POSSIBILITY of seeing that woman, Alissa. Her people skills are horrible. She lacks customer service. She has an us vs them demeanor and I don't appreciate her as working staff or as a person. I have zero respect for anyone who speaks to me as if I'm less than a human being when I'm in the wrong due to a mistake, but when they are in the wrong they can't even apologize and treat the situation with some level of care and consideration... Especially when it is their occupation to do so. This has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.”

“We've had a great experience living in this community. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making sure any issues are promptly addressed. Neighbors in the community are kind, which makes it feel like a welcoming place to live. Most importantly, it feels safe here, and that peace of mind means a lot for my family. Highly recommend :)”

“When I was moving down to Wichita I called multiple different appartments. Sundance answered the phone right away, answered all my questions and was very quick to respond with emails as well. Most other places I called barely got back to me. Marilyn there is great and will take to time to help ya out. Plus the area around seems quite nice with a lot of stuff to do.”

“Lived at the Remington for two years. Dana from the front office was the most helpful I've ever encountered while renting! She was there for any request we may have had!”

“Just went on a tour. :) (I'll update again when I've moved in and spent a few months.) The place looks really nice and the people I met were all lovely. There was a bit of a wait, but there's only so much the staff can do to take care of the current and prospective residents simultaneously. And whenever it was finally our turn, the tour was very informational and pleasant. :) I even got the chance to talk about apartment openings not yet listed to get exactly what I want! <3 All in all, super happy I made an appointment! Looking forward to moving in. :)”

“Clean place, great gym, friendly staff, good coffee machine in the lobby, and complimentary laundry det and dryer sheets. Right across the street from the baseball field if you like baseball and they are playing!”

“I was extremely pleased with my apartment at the Cottages at Crestview. Chrissy, my account representative went above and beyond. My transaction was a corporate account as she had to deal with my office in Fayetteville, Arkansas and handled it very professionally, and I could not be more happy. Beyond that, I have an apartment in Lake St. Louis, Missouri and this apartment is above and beyond better than that one and more economical. Could not be more pleased with everything.”

“I am surprised by the negative reviews. Not my experience at all. Leah, the office manager, is very warm and friendly. She is also very clear about expectations and she went above and beyond to assist and timely processing my application. All of the office staff I have interacted with are very kind. Having lived in multiple states before, fees are very (if not below) average for apartments. I am excited to be living here!”

I have lived here 7 years and enjoying everyday that apt. living provides. No grass to cut. Nothing to repair just life uncomplicated. A lake, pool , gym,walking area.”

“My oven quit working. First I was brought a used one. I told them it was doing the same thing that the first one did right before it quit working. I was told that model just does that. Ok???? Sure enough as I was baking some it just quit working. When I called about that happening two days later I was brought a new oven. Thank you very much!”

“I have lived here almost a year and honestly not a single complaint. Greg, the property manager is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly! When they say they have 24 hour emergency maintenance, they truly mean it. If there is an issue with anything, Tim and nick are there to fix it. Tim and Nick are absolutely amazing! Another huge positive is the security! There is a security guard who is constantly monitoring the property and they are very observant. Last but not least is I absolutely love how on point they are with pest control. They routinely spray and in the year I’ve been here, never have I seen a single roach in my apartment. No mice, nothing. This place is truly one of a kind. You just can’t go wrong living here.”

“I’m not usually a complainer, so this is hard for me but I’ll try to keep it short & sweet. Maintenance is truly so helpful. It’s a beautiful apartment building. I lived here for 18 months and loved my space. The amenities are good but could be better and maintained. The patio has broken furniture and no where to put trash. It sucks walking on rocks everyday with your dogs. The shuffleboard has never really had salt on it and the workout room doesn’t have anything to clean the equipment off after you use it & the culligan tank has never been full in the workout room since I’ve lived here. But that’s all little things…I’ve had a lot of issues with previous management at this building but it’s been better since we’ve had new. Lots of car break ins with little help of getting camera footage. No parking during the week… doesn’t feel safe leaving the gate at night but we have nowhere to throw dog waste away except the trash enclosure and have to go out there anyway.I actually wish management sent out a survey every 6 months or so so we could bring some of these things up. There are other things but I’ll stop there. Wishing them the best and hope it gets better!”

“Very please with the property, they have beautiful spacious apartments with balconies that face the lake they also have complimentary paddle boats for residents to go out on the lake! If you are 18+ with no kids or a elderly person looking for an apartment, I would definitely try living here. I was taken on a tour of the apartment, and I would live here, but I had to find something closer to my job. Definitely another time if they have availability would I come live here.”

“I've been living at Aspen Park for over a year now, and I can confidently say that this place is top-notch in every aspect. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I had found my ideal home. The folks running this place are seriously awesome. They're always chill, quick to help out, and they make living here a breeze. You got an issue? They got your back! My apartment is the bomb! Spacious, modern, and stylish – it's the perfect setup. I love coming home every day. Living at Aspen Park is like joining a big, friendly club. They throw cool events, and I've met some awesome neighbors and made new pals.Honestly, I can't imagine living anywhere else. This place is the real deal, and I'm stoked to call it home sweet home. “As a long term resident I do have to say that staff turnover has been a huge problem but the the past year staff has done a great job and I feel that it is going in the right direction.”

“So far I have no complaints. The apartment is pretty big, lots of space, which makes it more convenient and comfortable when there’s multiple people living in them. I will say that I’m not sure how much we can hear one another from our rooms, which could create room for some uncomfortable situations. There’s lots of closet space, which I enjoy and I’m thankful for. I think the only other thing too, is I wish everything was not online. I think having other options for payment is important rather than relying on technology.”

“I have resided in a Greenbrook Townhome for 4 years and the complex is absolutely beautiful. What I love most, the multi-unit complex comes complete with a resident pool. For the most part, the complex, it's close to everything, and the staff is wonderful. The units are perfect for both individuals and families, ask for a tour.”

“We recently moved all the way from Houston. After looking for a place for over a month we decided on Barclay Square partially because it was my wife’s first choice, secondly because it is in the exact area where we want.First let me say it’s beautiful around here. Being around Riverside and all the trees nature is amazing.Secondly, the neighbors are wonderful. Since we first stepped into our complex we were greeted with “Hello! Welcome!” “Hey new neighbors!” And even helped up with some things that we were struggling with.Lastly, the management have all been overwhelmingly amazing. Since we first spoke on the phone and via email then a quick visit with Erica, to our lease signing with Autumn and the other extremely nice lady that was helping (I cannot remember her name but she was so nice I don't want to leave her out). There were a few things that we noticed in the apartment and brought to Autumns attention, she had maintenance here within a few hours.All in all, I don't think we could have picked a better complex and are extremely happy moving back after 10 years of being away and living in Texas.”
