Absolutely love this office! We own a few rental properties and previously held coverage through an assortment of other carriers — none All State. A friend of mine recommended we call Andrew’s office and Cody (don’t know his title) was AMAZING! He walked us through our options so we understood the coverage and financials for each property. Saved us a bunch of $$$. He also handled getting everything switched over from the old carriers without me having to make a single call (which if you’ve ever shopped insurance, can be a pain). Since then, he’s been incredibly responsive whenever I have a question or request — post sale! Couldn’t recommend enough getting in touch with Cody.

We have been with this agency for 10 years with NO Home-related claims. Every year, the rates increase. The rates from 2021 to 2022 rose significantly at nearly a 30% increase. The agency cited economic factors such as inflation. But in my mind a 6.5% rise in inflation shouldn't equate to a 30% increase in rates. We immediately began shopping for new insurance and every single alternative we reached out to was more affordable and many times better coverage. Allstate charged and overdrew our escrow account over a month prior to the renewal period. From the time of the notification of rate increase to the charge against our escrow account was only 10 days. I would recommend exploring other companies to see what works best for your situation.

I have had the best service with allstate. They are extremely willing to help when I call and always answer the phone within seconds it seems. Cody is go to person and He is very laid back and down to earth. Its like talking to your friend on the phone. I would recommend them to anybody. Not to mention all the rewards you get for being apart of the allstate family.

When looking for new INS, I called a different All State, their phone rang for a long time I hung up, so I called Andrew Parr his office immediately took care of my home and car Insurance needs at the best price ever! They are truly the best. I am so happy I found them! Special thanks to Tonya.

Can’t say enough about how Cody treated my family. He was kind and helped guide me through the progress of new home owners insurance. Plus we switched our vehicle insurance as well because he could offer better coverage and even cheaper the we had been paying with Progressive. We almost ruled out Allstate. All because of another Allstate agent that didn’t want to listen to me or provide what we needed. So glad we found an agent who loves what he does, help people!
