I just wanted to say im a little upset I made an online pick up order and they didn’t tell me they were out of stock and so I didn’t change my items thinking I could get them and then they canceled said it would take a 10 day holding fee for money back which I don’t have any more to just go place another order especially to have this happen again and honestly all I wanted to do was switch it for a different item but because they didn’t tell me they didn’t have it in time for me to change I’m now out of options just upset on how long it took on customer service as well just to find out she was wasting my time and annoying my questions when she finally told me I couldn’t exchange it out and there was literally nothing she could do she just said okay we’ll sorry we couldn’t help bye and hung up so now I have no order, no money, and I’m happy costumer I’m not even one to come do these things but this pissed me off and ruined my day.:(

Workers there are very rude ? one was coming out with carts full of stuff. I backed up for them to come through. They did, then they just STARED at me while walking through no smile or anything, I was just like ?♀️ waiting for them to pass through. Got up to the cashier(Jaycee), she didn’t say hi how are you or anything. Just sitting there looking obviously miserable. Then she threw my groceries in the cart like she was playing a game trying to beat a time or something. Go ahead and hire y’all a whole new staff because PHEW ?

Nobody answers the phone. Their is no customer service number on their website like their voice message indicates. I need them to pick up their stolen shopping cart from the alley behind 842 S. San Pablo LN in Wichita Kansas, 67207. A drug dealer living in 844 S. San Pablo LN stole it and won't return it.Thank you.

The online pick up here is seriously a mess. Whenever I come to pick up they just sloppily throw my things into the backseat and even crushed some of my things. I never get my full order and it’s just overall poor customer service when you try to reach out for help. I reported the associate today to corporate for how poorly she threw my items into the trunk. I had photos to provide as well that was also a difficult process. I understand they don’t give out store numbers to keep their prices low but it is still extremely difficult to get into contact with someone if you’re having any sort of issues. Just needs some serious customer service improvement.

Cashier was very rude to me even though she was being friendly to the lady before me, she through my 3 things into the cart resulting in all of my cherries spilling out. Will not be going back. Needs to train cashiers in costumer service.

5 stars for having a large selection and for being super clean and organized..the food selections are are great lots of hi end European style gourmet foods but I would have to disagree with "the lowest prices in town "slogan they have fare priced items but the can goods are not the best priced Walmart is hands down the cheapest for canned veggies and other can goods but all in all Aldi's is a good place to shop I think other places need to adopt the 25cent shopping cart too it seems to keep the outside more clean and organized as well

Horrible customer service, and rude employees. They won’t help people find items, which is their job, despite what they say. Long lines with no employees coming to assist cashiers. They need new middle management and several new employees with better attitudes and customer service skills.

I like this place a lot they managed to keep their prices down in tough times paying for the shopping carts and bags are great ideas against Theft and ecological issues p please support the smaller box chain stores like this store. Serene environment to shop in

I'm not from the area and always wanted to come here. You have to bring a quarter to get a cart. It's a medium size grocery store. It's has some stuff but not everything. Prices are amazing. The same some bulk things. The store is very well organized and clean. Overall I had a great experience definitely would return.you bag your own things here.
