This place has been great. Great customer service up front and wonderful physical therapists taking care of me. I never leave feeling neglected. Only reason it got 4 stars is because the restrooms disturb me a bit. The white doors could use a good cleaning inside and out along with the restroom walls, especially near the sink.

This place is a scam. my doctor referred me there and before I even went they promised me over the phone that my insurance would pay and I'd only be responsible for a $20 copay. And then on my first visit they promised me again I would only cost me $20 so now I get a bill for $156. Unfortunately you cannot believe a word they say.

I really liked my physical therapist. The reason I'm writing this review is because the front desk employees are just unpleasant, unwelcoming individuals and never kept their promises. Never said hi or smiled. I didn't enjoy my overall experience with them during three months. I guess I was special. Major problem was scheduling. I had my first follow up a month after the initial appointment and when I needed more follow ups, I waited a month. They asked for paperwork to submit to my insurance to authorize those follow ups but when I returned a month later, they asked for it again. Clearly, it had got lost or never submitted and they didn't think it was necessary to apologize and explain why I was requested to complete the form again. We also had agreed for four follow ups and I only had three. One of them promised she would find an opening and call me after my physical therapist asked her personally. I told her that I'll have my phone on me not to miss her call. The reason I said that was to make her accountable but she never called. The other lady also never kept her promises or always found a non-existent reason to refuse a request. I had PT at this location two years before, and the front desk staff was much more pleasant and efficient. They should know about it and the reason why I didn't say anything was because I wasn't there to fight but to receive the care I needed. The front desk did their worst.

I love Dr. Jason Tejano, PT (College Hill) and Allie Winter OT (West) of Advanced Physical Therapy. Talking to them was easy and they helped me find the right words to describe what I was experiencing. The exercises they prescribed are doing wonders and their patience seems limitless. ADT facilities were clean despite being touched by many patients. I felt secure and cared for.

I find I never have to wait when I arrive. The PT exercises are followed as planned and I always feel I've had a good session.The staff is friendly. The facility is clean and roomy.

Greeted upon entering, all staff encounters were friendly and welcoming. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Great personality.

Brian is awesome not only has he given me great therapy he also helps reduce inflammation which causes pain. I have had 2 knee replacements since December. First one went well, but I learned something very valuable bend and straighten your leg as much as you can in first week or 2. This will help you so much with motion . I recommend you go here for therapy!! Great equipment everyone is friendly and they care!!!

I've been going for around a month now and have had the pleasure of working with Josh, Bryan, and Morgan. All of them are great and listen when I have questions or concerns. The receptionist is lovely as well. So far I haven't met one employee who isn't personable or fails to offer a smile and I haven't had a problem finding parking any time I've had to go. Overall I'm really pleased with the care I've received and will definitely recommend to friends and acquaintances in the future.

This place is awesome! The people are welcoming and considerate, they work with your insurance in advance so you don't have bills come to your house, and the therapists really know their stuff! Note: you have to actually do the therapy for it to work!! And it really does!! Thanks for all you do Advanced Physical Therapy!
