Rented a 10 foot U-Haul a few days ago. Got all of my stuff moved into my apartment and when I was done I filled up the gas tank completely, parked the U-Haul out front and dropped the keys in the lock box. Got a call the next day saying they couldn’t find the keys, I asked them to check again and they didn’t call back so I’m assuming they found it. Next day I woke up to a 250$ charge on my account. I called them in confusion to what had happened and they said there was a 60$ fee for not filling up the gas tank all the way. I told them that I filled it up right before I dropped it off, and then they sent a picture of a 1/2 empty tank. I plead my case and said I filled it up and they didn’t care and claimed I didn’t. Even after that the rest of the math didn’t add up with the extra 60$ charge.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!

Zach and Brady moved my entire house and I could not be more pleased! Great attitudes and customer service. Experienced movers that handled my furniture with care and moved everything efficiently. All I had to do was supervise, they took care of everything! Will definitely be using them again!

I can say my experience with Advanced Packaging was astounding! Sean and his team were so friendly,caring and efficient. Sean personally called me and guided me through the process of getting my 300 lbs of keyboard from it's location in the midwest through customs and to my door in northern Ontario. Showed up and they didn't have any furniture dolly even though I had rented one on line, "they don't carry them". The truck was covered in ice and we have to spend the first half hour of our rental time burning gasoline and defrosting. Very BAD!!!!!
