My mother turned her taxes in last march 2024. It is now 7/8/24 taxes still aren’t done. Extensions filed. My mother and I have called about 10 times now and she still hasn’t had her taxes filed. They never call back. EVER. She calls and they say they oh they’re in review. This has happened over and over and they will over again. My mother is 78 years old and hasn’t ever had to file an extension. They have ALL her tax info so she can’t file them herself. Called again today and oh they’re working on them now.
Do NOT use this agency. Very frustrating that they treat a 78 year old woman this way.

They are knowledgeable and helpful in every way you could possibly need as I personally witnessed working with their team on: Tax, Advisory and Consulting, Wealth Management, Finance Department support, and Payroll. I have found their integrity and customer service to be top notch. If there is a problem, they can and will fix it and on the rare occasion if the mistake is on their end, they will acknowledge and rectify the situation. They also proactively provide input on possible solutions that can benefit our company and our personal financial future, so we have every opportunity to succeed. I would say our return on investment in their services has been greater than any other accounting firm we have worked with in decades past. I would highly recommend Adams Brown to anyone who wants quality service from friendly people who know what they are doing.

I have used this firm for a few years now. The firm has gone down hill the last two years. I have had issues the last two years. Be prepared to wait for 5 weeks or longer for your taxes to be prepared and possibly need an extension because the firm is that slow at preparing. In past years it has not take this long so maybe it’s new CPA or the firm took on too many clients. Either way I’m paying for a service and deserve prompt and accurate service for the fee I pay.

I have been using a CPA firm since 1975. The first one I used, when I lived in Texas, was owned by a friend of mine. His firm was so good, I continued to use them until I moved to Wichita 20 years ago. It was a hard change for me to make but I needed someone locally. After using a couple of other local CPAs, that I did not care for, I changed to Ben Wilson at Adams Brown. I am glad I did. They have been a tremendous help over the years. I have had them do my personal real estate business as well as a major brokerage that I had ownership in. After selling the brokerage, Ben and Adams Brown are continuing to do a couple of other companies I own, as well as my personal taxes. They have saved me a lot of money over the years and are always available to give great advice. As we continue to grow our businesses, we look to them for advice to run them right. I plan to stay with Adams Brown for the rest of my life. They just make life simpler for me. I have recommended them to several of my clients, agents in my real estate office and friends. I will continue to do so. The people I have sent to Adams Brown have thanked me numerous times for the referral. Just an all-around awesome firm.

We went hear expecting to have our issues with our taxes resolved since we saw they have good reviews online ad we were very frustrated with our tax situation, that’s why we came here with high hopes. But after we came and worked with Zach Glover, our issues were never resolved and they already sent the bill to us asking us for almost $500 with their “discounted rate” then we decided to email and to call them asking why they are charging us already and what is the next step after we pay, he told us to just wait then couple of weeks passed by, we received another bill for $45 just because we asked him a question of what the next step is. This place is just trying to rip you off in anyways they could so don’t go here if you really need helps.

I went there for a free consultation to get told what I already knew - then a few weeks later I received a bill in the mail bc I went over the allotted time for the "free consultation." It's another one of them "Gotcha" businesses...at least that's what I call them. Lesson learned.

ABBB has an excellent web portal for income tax preparation. Data entry is easy and intuitive, and attaching pdf files is effortless. I prefer computer input, since I feel that paper documents are difficult to amend, so tax prep with ABBB is perfect for me. I highly recommend ABBB for your accounting needs.
