Brygen was outstanding! I usually can't stand the car buying process and feel so anxious. Brygen was honest and patient, which put me at ease. I didn't feel forced into making a decision but instead got a vehicle that I absolutely love! I was unable to purchase the car I initially contacted them about due to the age of the vehicle; when Shayne called to let me know, he asked me how I wanted to proceed. There was no pressure, no barraging me with suggestions, and no sales pitch…he made it clear that he was willing to help me if I found another car at Walser, but was going to respect my decision if I opted to look elsewhere. I was able to find something else at their dealership, and they went above and beyond to ensure that the financing was approved and worked in my favor before I came back for the test drive. Shayne was awesome, their team was awesome, and I walked away with a better deal than I had on the first day I walked in.

The team at Walser Acura of Wichita are true professionals, providing the luxury level buying experience.
We left with a new MDX and it was easy for us but I know the sales team including our Salesman Kyle, Sales Director Greg and General Manager Matt all had to do a lot of manual work since they were experiencing an outage of the software system that they use to process their paperwork on car deals. They checked in on us many times each and their genuinely thoughtful demeanors made the time pass easily. They even let us take our impending new SUV off campus for a long lunch. I fully appreciate the tough situation they were in to get deals done with lots of manual math and handwritten forms but they came thru. I’d recommend them to anyone.

80K service for our MDX. Nice service center and writer. They let me know what they thought was needed besides what I asked for. Even agreed with me on going elsewhere to replace the front struts. Their price as just ridiculous.

So excited to purchase a new MDX! I experienced great service from start to finish. This is my 5th purchase from Acura. I buy from this dealership because I trust they will help me anytime I need it. Shayne Maurer and Chris Fulton helped every step of the way to find the exact MDX I wanted and to answer all my questions. It was a fun experience. We had a great experience at Walser Acura! I took my son there to look at some used cars but unfortunately he was not happy with any of them. Shane suggested a brand new Integra and although we weren’t in the market for a new car, it was a better option. Shane was very helpful, very professional and extremely patient was us. My son is very happy with his new car and I’m glad the car search is over. Thanks again Shane for all your help!

My fiancée recently financed a car here, and Greg Jones and Kyle Stenzel were the nicest, most professional manager/car salesmen we have ever had! I have never been to a dealership with more kind, caring employees. Greg is such a chill guy, and you feel like family with how he treats you. Kyle was super thorough, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had, and he went over all of the paperwork unlike other places that just give you papers to sign. He also let us have a free Acura hat and one of those water bottles that keeps your drink cold. All in all, if you need to buy a car. Please go here. Don’t waste your time and money at a dealership that clearly doesn’t care about you or your needs. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend Walser Acura!
