Family type atmosphere, no sales pressure, you can look around until you're ready to ask questions. I took my mom there to buy her washer and dryer, they took good care of her and she was very satisfied. When they delivered they sat down and explained everything to her and if she had any questions they broke it down so she was clear on all the paperwork and what she was signing. She got a wonderful deal on her set, she hasn't had a problem yet but she was able to get a brand new set that was only used for less than 2.5 weeks for $525! I took my daughter there and they also did well by her, I don't know about other people's experience or if they just stopped paying but they have always been good to us! Thank you
