West street location. I, unfortunately, began a bad habit of having financial issues from overspending and loaned some Firearms to this location. One of the Firearms was my Glock 17 with mags in its case. I did this a couple times and this last time I went in, I did not have them update all of the information from the last loan to save time. Basically they just copy over the information from the last loan date to the new loan date. So even though this time, I had all three mags in the case, it only showed two mags because of the last time I did the loan. I'm guessing this is why someone decided they were going to take the opportunity and take the third mag. So when I came in and paid off my loan, there was nothing I could do because the paperwork says it only included two mags. If you loan off the same item/items, then make sure to spend the extra two or three minutes having them itemize everything in the computer. Imagine if you loan your Milwaukee drill with three batteries but you're used to only doing two. Then you might only get two back.

Been with Aok for years this is the first time I came home after I pawn my Xbox and then I took it home I see my controller cord was missing from it I am not please the lady said everything been wrap up and that what it was. How does that end up missing it wasn't even wireless disappointed.

UPDATE: Took my. Bracelet to another repair store and was told that the entire bracelet is junk and there was no way that any experienced jeweler could have missed that. I also took a pendant also purchased from AOK that was represented to me as diamonds only to find out that was false. Purchased a bracelet and it broke the next day..They made the repair at no charge. About a month later the bracelet broke again. I took it back for repair and had every intention of being charged for the repair. I went back to check on the repair and was informed that five links were weak and all needed repaired which would cost as much as the original price of bracelet. Disappointed that the bracelet was not thoroughly inspected before being placed on sales floor. Even more disappointed in the way I was spoken down to by the clerks. Will not be purchasing anymore items from A OK. Ever!

Horrible sales service, was buying a item a 20% discount the clerk said it had been there awhile an went to go pay an another clerk came out of his way to make it only 10% discount. Ridiculous!

I went in a few weeks ago to sell some equipment I no longer needed. I was helped by Daniel at the counter. His service was extremely helpful, kind, personable, and he gave me a fair, reasonable price for my goods. Overall great experience.
