They run a very organized program but be aware they only desire to help individuals without behavior challenges. If your young adult has ANY behavior challenges you are better served by another program that may be open to accommodating ( and may be more compassionate )towards them.
They desire a very high staff to participant ratio.

Staff said they brought in outside resources, (not sure what resources they are referring to, none come to mind) but participant was dismissed during medication transition and family initiated behavioral assessment (both Farmers endorsed), prior to any findings or recommendations. Farmers expected “faster results”.
Farmers should have just discharged without the charade of supporting participant change program.

We went for the very first time over the weekend and boy, I was not disappointed!! We got an apple pie and it is just so delicious. I highly recommend getting a pie! We’ll have to come back to try more

Love this place! I ordered the chicken and noodles and the beef enchiladas last week. I was very impressed! They were delicious, nice sized portions and very reasonably priced. Thank you for making yummy to go orders at this challenging time!

Great store and mission and wonderful service! My wife and I spent a Saturday in Weston in January and we were both very happy to find your shop open! The young lady helping at the counter was very knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. We chatted for about fifteen minutes about our experiences on the train and she shared she and my wife swapped movie recommendations. Please extend our thanks to the two ladies for making us feel welcome! We look forward to our next trip to The Farmer’s House to replenish our supply of Apple Butter and for another lovely conversation!

I'm thrilled to find this location closer to the big city. This market, with plenty of locally made items as well as gifts and souvenirs is an extension of The Farmer's House in Weston. They employ and train individuals with developmental disabilities, and many of the individuals they serve not only gain a better life themselves but make my own life better as I interact with them. In fact, it would be hard to find a boutique with better customer service!

This a wonderful place to shop, while also supporting a nonprofit organization providing work experience and community integration services for youth and adults with developmental disabilities. The shop is bright, happy and full of useful kitchen wares, private label gourmet jams and a host of unique items.

If you're looking for gifts, then you need to stop here! They have colorful kitchen items, party & bbq supplies, great smelling soaps, home decor, and hostess accessories. Not to mention there's a whole wall covered in jarred products, like nut butters, jellies and pickles. The best part is that when you shop here, you're shopping for a good cause! The Farmer's House provides a work environment for young adults with developmental disabilities. Each time I'm there, the individuals that they serve are so excited to help create a unique customer experience for me. I cant recommend this place enough!
