Doug is knowledgable, respectful and easy to work with. He was conscientious about the injury I had when I came to him, which has gone away, in large part due to my increased strength since training with him. I recommend him to my friends!

Doug is fantastic! I’ve been going to him for about 6 months now and I’ve noticed a significant change in my energy levels and strength! He caters his sessions around injuries and skill level for each client, and if I’m hurting somewhere he always adjusts the sessions on the fly to make sure I don’t make my injury worse! He’s also extremely flexible with my schedule which is so appreciated!

I have been very impressed with my sessions working out with Doug. I haven’t worked out consistently for over a decade, so I needed a program that would work for me, my schedule and my current skill level. Doug has done an excellent job helping me build my strength up and after a couple of months I feel better than I have in my adult life. (Mentally & Physically) Can’t wait to see how I feel a couple months from now! I have been working with Doug for 6 months and have loved every minute of it! I highly recommend him to people of all fitness levels. He works with you to identify your goals and builds workouts to help you meet them, I really liked that we started out with foundational movements to ensure I was doing each exercise correctly and safely. I have gotten so much stronger and fitter- it's so rewarding to learn what your body can do!

Doug is an informed and exceptional trainer. I was only in town for a week and I worked out with him twice. He created two workouts for me that integrated whole body movement, balance, core work.He paid attention to form, was hyperaware of my alignment and any tendency to hyperextend.If I lived in the area I would put money aside to work out with him regularly.

Started working out a few months and have really enjoyed the individual approach along with Doug's flexible schedule allowing me to move my appointments if something comes up. Definitely recommend for improving strength and getting back into a healthier lifestyle.

I feel extremely grateful for Doug who has helped me rediscover the importance of taking care of my body. He tailors your workouts based off your needs, which you will address in the first meeting with him. He is the right person for you if you are someone who wants to learn and form the right workout techniques and habits from the ground up. He even goes into the theories behind the workouts which is the kind of stuff i have enjoyed learning about. It allows you to be more mindful during the workout if you understand the reason behind it. First couple of months are all about getting the core stronger so that you can handle whats to come next with proper form. Having worked with him for almost 5 months, i constantly beat myself up for not having started sooner. Its really cool to see your body transform and feel the impact that has on the mind as well.

I messed up my back playing tennis last year. After my own stretches and exercises provided no relief, a friend suggested I talk to Doug. He's been working with me on core strength and spine alignment, and I feel solid and pain free; I'm in the best shape I've been in years. My wife has taken note and wants to start. Its no time for me to stop, I need to get stronger, faster, fitter!
