When you step on the scene, Mac welcomes you, you see all the gear all over the store and he makes himself available to whatever you need. I got this shirt and the man started folding it like he works at Nordstrom's or something. Great service! They really take care of you! Also prices are affordable!”

“Awesome store! Anytime I visit the KC area I go to E-Piffanies. The styles and quality are unmatched. E-Piffanies had a discontinued fragrance that I couldn't find anywhere else. Stop by this fantastic boutique and you'l be amazed.”
“When replacing our door key, the locksmith was approachable, punctual, knowledgeable, and provided us with some excellent advice. All concur that it should be done.”

1620 W 39th St, Kansas City“Love, love, love this shop! So grateful my friend introduced me years ago. I have a closet full of dresses that I love! If you have ever had dressing-room-dread, this will be a healing place for you. Sometimes, all I need is to hear is a "ooooooo, gurl" or a queer squeal and clap for allllllll these curves to help me feel better. Retail therapy at its finest! A few of the dresses I have... lol... it doesn't help that my awesome hairdresser is next door!”
“David has fitted my son and husband among many friends! His suits are top quality and the service and experience is unbelievable. It is just not purchasing a suit- the salon is amazing and truly unique.”
“I’d been in the store before, but after seeing all the amazing stuff they had online I had to go in and check it out. Love the line that’s out for Fall/Winter! I picked up some Puremeso Joggers, LOVE, and then a seawool half zip sweater in Navy and a cream/beige Seawool sweater which I immediately got compliments on at Union Station right after buying it. I’ll be back, OH YES, I’ll be back. Bailey (if I’m spelling her name right) helped me, she was easy going, no pressure, and just a bright smiling face in the store. They have this awesome seating area where you can just chill and kick it while shopping, it was Sooo Nice!!! Next time I’m gonna be lounging on that sofa having a whiskey while I shop…YESSIR!!!! Thanks for the sweet threads, my closet is gonna have a lot of Normal Brand stuff in it now and more to come. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! I’m of course on the left wearing my new Sweater!! PIMPIN!!!”
“I have been coming here since I was in high school. I recently got into records and have never really thought of this place as being a record store but now it's a must when thrifting vinyl. I came around a $10 Fleetwood Mac record and haven't snatched something up so fast before. I absolutely love how friendly the staff is and all the funky and beautiful art, clothing and gifts this place has. It's a one stop shop on a Saturday for me.”

1801 E 63rd St, Kansas City“I have shopped at Harold Pener for years. One of the only places that someone can tell your waist size and inseam just by looking at you. And they are correct. Store even smells like good clothes. Love it.”
“The gentleman in the store where’s so welcoming. Everything was such a cool design I had a hard time deciding. The quality is great and my hat is super comfy with a great fit. I hope to get back soon for another trip”
“I have been here twice in my life and every time it's a great experience. Everyone there is super friendly and kind and you can just be self. I enjoy the clothes and the vendors and the first Fridays and the overall environment is positive and inviting”

413 E 18th St, Kansas City“This is the best of both worlds or whatever Queen Hannah Montanna said! This is because not only is DO GOOD CO. an amazingly curated resale shop, it also is a non-profit. Does that mean I can tax write off my vintage Chanel?? Well, that question remains unanswered. However, the merit of DO GOOD CO. isn't in question because it always impresses. From its fantastic selection of name brand, in tip top shape, lightly used designer goods to the wide variety of unique and local gifts to surprise any hostess or birthday girl or bride to be...or heck just about anyone youre looking to impress. If you are looking for a store that'll make you beam ear to ear because not only are you being kind to the environment you are also simultaneously supporting children and dogs in need in the immediate kcmo metro area then, DO GOOD CO is for you. It's one of those specialty vintage shops that never feels pretentious but does feel exclusive, and I absolutely love that for the downtown KC area. It makes it easy to allow patrons to feel at home as well as making it a luxury shopping experience. I will continue to shop at DO GOOD CO and FEEL GOOD about doing it. Just recently, I was honored to be invited to attend a holiday party at DO GOOD CO. and every detail was well thought out and planned impeccably. I was so impressed by the catering as well as the great selection of vendors who brought flair to the festivities. Thank you for the opportunity of celebrated the season as well as the mission of this spectacle local non profit.”
“MADI is a high-quality shop with a heart-driven mission and one of my favorite spaces to spend time in Kansas City, when I used to live there. The owner welcomed me in by letting me know the shop is based on the premise of making a difference. Everything the store was based on was a manifestation for me to have found: organic clothing, pure plant dyes, devotion to proper pay for people. MADI is a gem, and I shop their online store now since I live in Florida. Their purpose deserves above-and-beyond gratitude. I have two pairs of their silk shorts! This shop is the best!”

314 W 63rd St Suite A, Kansas City“There are some places that when you walk in you instantly feel like family - COCO is one of them. They always have unique and beautiful gifts and the perfect clothes that make me feel special. Add to that the spectacular customer service, this shop needs to be a regular stop for any KC local.”
“Seems like a good boutique store. Wife spent decent amount of time inside and bought a few items. So it must be good. These type of small boutique shops are very dependable upon their buyers skill sets and taste, so keep up the good work.”
“I switched to using Bear Soap quite a few years ago. My fave is Orange/Mint and Beach...now trying out Oakmoss/Amber. Love the product and love their store...give them a go and support local.”
“It has a large variety of Chiefs merchandise and a lot of various local/regional college teams. The only drawback is navigating their small shopping carts around their crowded isles. Granted, the isles are like that because the store is overflowing with apparel.”
“All ways a pleasure experience to step into the shop, from the first day, I have nothing but good to say about the store and it ownerجزاك الله خيراShaykh Muhammad Siddīq”
10AM - 8PM
424 W 47th St, Kansas City“Found some shorts that fit me very well but I was literally sweating bullets in the fitting rooms. I thought it was because i was coming from walking in the heat. I was so flustered and overwhelmed by the heat that I didn’t even finish trying on the clothes i had. When I got to the front the employees were offering water bottles and they had fans going, that’s when I realized the AC was out. I was amazed by the employees unwavered and positive attitudes. The two guys at the register were incredibly kind and apologetic. As I was leaving I heard them mention this was the 3rd summer in a row this has happened.
No customer wants to shop or try on clothes in the heat. The employees should not have to work like that either but they did so with a smile on their face. They are the only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review”
“I love Hot Topic I just wish they carried more goth clothing like they used to. All they sell anymore is mostly fan T-shirts. 3/5While the selection is still very small, the staff is absolutely outstanding and I love how kind they are. Customer service is 5/5, even though selection is a 3.”

6435 Quivira Rd, Shawnee“The appeal and fashion of the store was so unique and colorful, it caught my eye as soon as I saw their front window. The vibe of the store is pleasant and calming. The owner is also very kind and bright, helping us with anything we needed. I'll definently be going back often.”

1701 Summit St, Kansas City“I decided to hop online and see where Taylor got her vintage gear and placed an order Friday night. It was heading my way by Saturday morning and packaged beautifully. Amazing experience Placed another order today for Super Bowl outfit because of how positive my first order went. I get so many compliments on my Redzone Taylor’s Version sweater it’s insane.”
“Great people 100% of the time always have been welcomed there. Very professional and helpful. Very appreciative the way I’ve been treated at this establishment from day one.”
10AM - 7PM
452 Ward Pkwy, Kansas City“First time visiting this particular location. They do a great job at organizing the vast amount of merchandise in a store with a smaller footprint than other spots (particularly up North where we're blessed with bigger stores.) Lots of Chiefs items, which is especially nice since many of the hotels are close to this spot, so out of towners can pop in quickly. I personally loved the Travis Kelce/Taylor Swift items as they captured the buzz in our city at the time of this posting.”

1122 E 47th Terrace, Kansas City“I received my elastic waist trainer wrap today and it is more than what I ever expected!! Thank you so much to The Rack Clothing Essentials for your professionalism and your fast shipping. I absolutely love it!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

1803 Baltimore Ave, Kansas City“I’m obsessed with this company. If you’re sick and tired of anyone who isn’t a white man facing oppression to some degree in this country, they have the stuff to express it. Also, so many awesome Chiefs shirts.”
“Went to lunch at Trezo today and did some walking afterward. Had to stop at Design in the city after finding them on Instagram. The shop dog really pulled me in. Lol Love puppies!! We were greeted when we walked in by the most lovely lady. She helped me with a shirt and even sparked up a nice conversation during my checkout. I got the cutest glasses for my basement bar and a fun tailgate shirt to wear in Vegas for the Chiefs game we are going to in January. We are season ticket holders so I will be back in for some more football accessories. Design in the city is your one-stop shop for everything from clothing, shoes, gifts, and home Deco.”
“Visited this store when my flight was delayed and I had some extra time to spend. Very convenient location as it was connected to my hotel. Very cute items! I bought a bag and a hair clip and would have bought more if I didn’t have to pack everything for a flight home.”
“As an aging GenX fashion enthusiast, with a background in men's clothing, I’ve had the pleasure of exploring countless boutiques and stores across the city. However, Ulah stands out as an absolute gem—a place where style, culture, and community converge seamlessly. Each piece is meticulously curated, a testament to their unwavering commitment to quality. The carefully selected pieces resonate with authenticity, while the staff will help you push your boundaries and find something new-to-you that gives The Vibe when you walk into any crowded room. Throughout KC, Ulah is a first stop when I need to feel empowered. Whether it be a first date or a job interview, Ulah has you covered.”
