Yeah they do need to have more people working at all times. With one working in the kitchen and only one at the counter I have seen people in line back to the coolers and have seen them leave with out the stuff they were going to buy.

With the only liquor store in town, it would be nice if the hours of operation were consistent. What's listed on the door is not accurate. I have tried stopping several times and it's always closed. The most recent trip was 6 in the evening. How are you closed right when people get off work? I've been driving to Spirits of 76 in Wamego. Not only are they open regular hours and are open when they say they're going to be open but they also have really friendly staff and a better selection.

4 of the 6 pumps were "offline" and there was no bags or cones stating this. People were just standing outside in 106 degree heat trying get gas, and couldn't.

Can’t offer more than one watered down fuel, diesel or gas. Can’t keep anyone in store longer than a month let alone hire anyone that can answer a ringing phone. Pizza oven behind the counter since they don’t pay enough to keep anyone around. Bring back DDs.

Very rude customer service!!! Went inside to pay for gas the lady at the counter seen a customer want to pay (which was my dad) just looked at him and walked away and kept him waiting for five to ten minutes along with dirty looks. One of my cousins went inside few minutes after seen some employees/customers talking about a truck with a camper coming by and they assumed we drove a ford. So apparently the wrong assumption was why we had horrible service. Don’t be so judgemental bad service all around for a beautiful city to visit. I will never stop here again.

Stopped at this location a few times for snacks. Like other Short Stop locations, this is nice for a gas station, clean and well run, lots of options for snacks and drinks.

Ordered Pizzas at 5:58 pm. Asked them to go ahead and cook them so they would be ready whenever we got out of the meeting. We did not care if they were hot or cold when we got there.We stopped to get them around 7 30 and were RUDELY told they had been busy and we would just have to wait.Needless to say we did not wait.It was 5-31-2022

Needed gas and it was literally the only station around, with no cell signal I couldn't even check to see what else is way out here.My rental car says it's "supposed to" run on higher octane fuel for whatever reason, this is literally the first gas station I've ever seen with only 87 available.The lot had a bunch of sludge and ice, but the restroom was clean, also I didn't interact with anyone inside so I can't rate the customer service levels that a lot of other people have.

Working on fixing as issue with the store hopefully they can train their cashiers better. Small towns don't have a choice where they go but it's hard to deal with rude workers.

I called today at 9 AM to ask what time the kitchen closed and was told 9PM. I call at 8:20 and the they had told me they had the material to make it but the kitchen is closed. The exact reason I called during the day. Very upsetting.
