“Excellent customer service! Called and spoke with Hayden. He helped me over the phone and had the parts. I asked how much to install and he estimated that. I then decided to just have Countryside to install it. Dropped Polaris Sportsman off before noon and he said it would be likely fixed Thursday. He called me 3 hours later and had it fixed already:) Don't you expect that to happen often, and I won't next time but it was great. He then gave me 45 minutes to get there and pick up before he left. His estimated cost was the final cost. Countryside Motors, you need to keep that guy around. I was in a couple years ago as well and Hayden was my contact, good service, smart and sometimes super fast. Thanks Hayden.”

“We were traveling through the town of Wellington when I discovered a screw in one the camper tires, called Rausch tire, the lady who answered was very helpful and polite. She scheduled me within the hour, received prompt service and the young man that fixed the tire was also polite and quickly took care of the problem. I was impressed that he also used a torque wrench to set the lug nuts to proper torque, an important thing on RV tires. I'd definitely do business with them again.”
